I did mention about being in breech of licence this is the email I sent them previous to that response
ok, so I would go back to them saying you are surprised they didn't answer your query, reiterate it as above, and also ask that they issue a final response so as you can go to the ADR
 
Having looked into this and spoken to a few people, the norm seems to be they will give you the runaround so as to frustrate you to lose your winnings. Once you have played back your winnings, your account magically becomes verified and the offers start flowing in to get you to deposit again!

They totally ignore any reasoning about their license conditions, like it was never sent so be prepared for a long battle!
 
Jumpman are making a mockery of UKGC rules. Preventing withdrawal requests for arbitrary time periods after the account has been opened. Requesting documents that have already been sent and again blocking withdrawal requests until they have been resent. They are deserving of a UKGC fine which should obliterate them out of existence.

The only way that will happen is if people affected by them make complaints to the UKGC. They can still go through the ADR services etc, but an early complaint to the UKGC is what will, eventually, lead to results, but only if enough people complain.
 
Hi there just thought a would give u all a little update I received an email on Friday and looks like they have AML concerns, I have took case to eCORGA to try get the money and also forwarded all emails to UKGC so they can investigate my complaint regards the site.

Hi there just thought a would give u all a little update I received an email on Friday and looks like they have AML concerns, I have took case to eCORGA to try get the money and also forwarded all emails to UKGC so they can investigate my complaint regards the site.
They make it up as they go along. Anything to delay payment in the hope that you play any winnings back. I have closed my account with them but have raised my concerns regarding their business practices with the UKGC.

I would definitely be sending both the emails to the UKGC as they contradict each other and its even more clear that its just a stalling tactic. They are just pure rogue for what they are doing and shame on the UKGC for letting operations like this have a license in the first place.

I have forwarded every email that’s happened from support, jumpman gaming and also the verification team so they will be able to see everything that I have said and sent and also what they have said :)
 
Just a little update guys eCORGA got back and said I had to go back to the casino as the last email wasn’t a deadlock email

upon checking today it says I have self excluded now I haven’t self excluded but I have asked that they close the account and send any balance onto me.

Don’t know what to do from here, do I report to NCA and if so what do I report under or do I wait and hope for the best

Did you ask them for a final response again, as I said the one you posted here wasn't a final response email. You cannot go to the ADR without one. Seems to me they are even trying not to give you one so you can't go any further.

Every time I ask for a final response they just send the same as the previous email it’s now like am stuck with nowhere to turn :(

Just reply each time stating

'Thank you for your email, however, you haven't answered my complaint. Please supply a final response/deadlock letter as previously requested'.

8 weeks from the date you first complained you can go back to the ADR without a final response/deadlock letter

I’ll go send that now, am kinda hoping that because I can no longer access the account they will send the balance but for some reason I just can’t see them doing it, I had only went to eCORGA because UKGC said to try one last time and then go to eCORGA and inform them that they had said to go as I wasn’t getting anywhere thanks for ur help yet again :)

still no deadlock letter so gave in and sent what was required
1-26 may PayPal all transactions
1-26 may bank statement
Partners payslip

still going round in circles because I have had to send 2 months worth of statements so crossed out anything out with these dates they haven’t accepted it they want to see everything
Sent a PDF of transactions from these dates not accepted because it’s not a headed bank statement with name and address even tho it has the iban number with sort code and account number, should what I have sent them be accepted?

You need to reply as I suggested above, and tell them you tried going to ecogra but as they refuse to issue a deadlock letter then you cannot, as they well know.

I have already said that to them and that’s the email I got back, never have I experienced anything like this when trying to withdraw cash, I have now sent a full bank statement and crossed out transactions before and after these dates, I downloaded a PDF of all transactions between these dates and also sent a calendar view statement and all of them haven’t been accepted, I think I am going to have no other option but to wait until the 8 weeks because nothing else seems to work with them

keep going back to them asking for the deadlock letter, so you have plenty of proof they were stalling. I would also complain to the UKGC again that they are not letting you go to the ADR as they are refusing to send the deadlock letter.

I phoned up UKGC on Monday for some advice and she said I’ll just have to wait until the 8 weeks is up to be able to go to eCORGA, she said they shouldn’t be doing this as everything I have sent to the casino I have sent to UKGC and they said that I have sent more than enough to get the account verified
