If the UKGC were that bothered, they'd be penalising companies for things like this and ensuring it doesn't happen at other casinos licensed by themselves. We're seeing too many instances of casinos using things like this to stall payments, surely something needs to be done??I phoned up UKGC on Monday for some advice and she said I’ll just have to wait until the 8 weeks is up to be able to go to eCORGA, she said they shouldn’t be doing this as everything I have sent to the casino I have sent to UKGC and they said that I have sent more than enough to get the account verified
