So I have been asked by Zeusbingo to supply
Transactions thru paypal
3 months banks statement for nationwide
3 months bank statements for NatWest
My partners payslip for last 3 months

I opened the account on 2nd may and up until now o have deposited £170 they have calculated the winnings being £94,000 but wagered £76,000 and I have £18,000 in my account just now

I have had a lot of problems since trying to withdraw first it was just my id and everything else accepted then I got to withdraw £400 then my PayPal was not verified so sent them loads of documents to get that verified including pics of bank card credit card etc

got to withdraw 2 x £400 as I couldn’t withdraw anymore than that and now they are demanding all the above documents surely that should have been required before now! If I close my account what chances have I of getting my winnings

I have informed gambling commission and they are investigating I am now going to call them tomorrow for advice but what do u all this is this a reasonable request

That seems a very excessive amount of info they’re asking for, and I’m not sure how your partner’s info is relevant? Did you use your partner’s card at all?

I would ask them to process all withdrawals and close the account, as is suggested in similar threads here.

Thanks for replying
We have a joint bank account but have separate cards for the account and they requested the bank statement and his wage was on the statement that’s why they want his wage slips for last 3 months surely that’s a bit harsh, do u know if it works to ask them to withdraw the funds and close the account

Hm. Well, that makes a bit more sense why they’d want his details.

Three months does seem a bit excessive. I’d be inclined to comply but redact all outgoings other than those to their casino.

If you ask them to close, they should pay you, but it’s not guaranteed. They should only withhold payment at account closure if they believe there is fraudulent activity.

I just feel it’s pretty personal information that they don’t really have to know considering I have only deposited £170, thanks anyway :) I think I’ll try email them and ask them to close it

do make sure you make clear that you want your payout and that they just pay you before closing. Or words to that effect.

From the figures you’ve given, you’ve been absurdly lucky with this win - opt out of gaming for a while. And when you come back to it, choose one of the more reputable sites you’ll find listed here.

My mate won £3000, been playing there for over a year and as soon as he tried to withdraw, he was hit with verification request, which had already been completed. It's been three weeks now and they just keep rejecting everything he sends, he can't withdraw and he can't deposit but he can play his balance down - it's stalling tactics!

The net is riddled with similar, you only have to search 'Jumpman Gaming' and I was told they are in financial difficulty so if you do get your money, run for the hills and don't look back.

They done the same with me with the verification the amount of stuff I have already sent them to verify my account is crazy, And now because they verified me they then hit me with the sow, I contacted the gambling commission regards them and they are passing it to a team to investigate so get him to contact them aswell because this is not on and they shouldn’t be allowed to do this. It’s like they are now using the sow to either close my account or stall payment I just don’t understand how throughout the verification and now the sow I have managed to withdraw £1600 altogether but there is still over £18k still in the account

I really think it's time to start verifying players as soon as they sign up. The way Jumpman Gaming is handling this seems pretty incompetent and it comes across as a delay tactic. @Kurtsmummy - are you able to lock your withdrawal??

As soon as I go to cashier it says ave to contact them but checking my account it’s saying am verified

As you’re in the UK, your withdrawal should be locked once requested. If they won’t do that - ask them to lock it in chat, then put 24 hour time out on the account. Do so daily until you are paid.

So they are doing a SoW check for a total of £170 deposits. And casinos wonder why they get abuse from customers.
I don't believe for one minute, with that level of deposits, they can have a genuine concern surrounding affordability, and with the level of deposits and amount of wagering completed there could be any concern about money laundering, must be the most stupid money launderer in the world if someone does that type of wagering to launder £170!

This is a pure scam to withhold winnings, especially asking for a third party to supply financial information.

They won’t let me withdraw it, I haven’t played on the account since last Tuesday and they have tried everything to halt withdrawing n now ave gave them more than enough to verify the account now they are trying this, ave already gave them 1 month bank statement from the account my card is connected to

Too bad we don't have a rep for Jumpman Gaming. I would like to hear the reasons behind this.
I think we know what they are :(

OP you have two choices, supply what they are asking for, or tell them you aren't supplying anything else, to close the account and either submit a report to the NCA to obtain authorisation if to pay you, or pay you if they aren't prepared to do that. Make it very clear that if they do neither, you will be reporting them for their LCCP breaches to the UKGC.
There are positives and negatives to each though
If you supply what they are asking for, then they could ask for more, and it be never ending, or they could pay you a couple of days later.
If you go the 'close account' route, it will likely take at least a month, and if they refuse you will have to go through the complaints procedure and then the ADR, then possibly get the UKGC to step in, which could take months. However you should get paid without having to jump through any more of their hoops.
I would also be asking them to justify them thinking there are RG or AML concerns when your lifetime deposits are £170.

Am phoning the gambling commission at 10am to see what they say about it and I’ll come on and let uz know what they say
Make sure you mention lifetime deposits are £170 and they are asking for your partners wage slips, which he doesn't want to give as he has no relationship as a customer with them.

Connor gets the message 'In order to process your withdrawal you must make a deposit with your registered card' and when he tried to deposit he gets the message ' You cannot make a deposit because you have the maximum real money balance'???

His winnings are sat in his account, which they still allow him to play with!

What have support said about that, again, there should be no restrictions on allowing a withdrawal.
Has he tried doing it by bank transfer?

I just asked him Colin. He said that he can only e-mail support which he did on 11 and 18 May asking how he can lock or withdraw his winnings seeing as they restricted his account, still no response. He can't do anything on his account except 'play' the balance of £3000 in his account.

I would imagine Jumpman are trying to frustrate their players just to play their winnings back, it sure looks that way.

Just came of the fone to gambling commission and they are telling me to supply these documents but just seems like it’s going to be dragged on, if I supply them then what they going to ask for next all this to see if I could afford the £170 it’s a joke

I opened an account with Jumpman gaming. Withdrawal requests were not permitted for the first three days. After 3 days I was able to submit a request and begin the verification process. During the initial 3 days any winning are stuck in your account waiting for you to play the money back to them. Very shady business practices as far as I am concerned.

I’m confident that’s not in their licence. They are obliged to lock a withdrawal on request in the UK. Sure, they don’t have to process immediately, but the withdrawal should not be reversible.
