YUKON GOLD??

It's Microgaming run by Casino Rewards. They've had their problems in the past but nothing too major and you should have no problems getting paid, though they are strict on bonus "abuse". They have a $4k cashout limit for new players but once a player is a regular, this rule is waived. They got hit big by a fraud ring a while back, hence that rule.

I've played there one time and won a little money.

You get surely your money, but the pending phase are 48hours and you can't flush your withdrawal and they only withdraw your money during the week, so not on staurdays & sundays!

I had to wait 5 days to get my withdrawal and this is for a MG Casino too long, so i'll never play there in the future!

3 years ago they was sending cashouts in 2 days, each yera it increased. Now a days it takes 6 days. But it has high limits and sure you will paid.

And games are honest.

Thanks for the info all. Simmo, can you clairify this $4k "limit"??

Yes - it's simply that because of new player fraud, they decided to impose a $4k cashout limit on all new players (per week). However, after a player has deposited and played a few times, and become a "known" entity (been thru the ID stuff), they will remove the limit altogether.

Hey there, I deposited there a couple times, small, one $50 & one $40, I was charged for two $40, one obviously unauthorized. I contacted them as soon as I received the receipt, and was told i would have to wait till their accounts looked at this and that would be on Monday. Anyway, it went through my bank account on Fri. I figured oh, ok, might as well play it out. I had to contact them and have them put it into my casino account, which was done right away (go figure) Then my rewards account was suspended shortly after this. No apology nothing. And I have sent at least 4 emails and no one has got back to me. I feel so appreciated and valued.
Patrina

Hmmmmmm, anyone else with any impressions?? Sorry to hear about that patrina, I guess next time I am going to withdraw something and see how that goes, everything in THIS world is nebulus at best these days!!

,though they are strict on bonus "abuse".

These days this seems to mean anywhere that a casino will void all winnings if a player plays according to a bonus term - but they don't like it anyways - so would appreciate elaboration.

You won't catch me playing here, as I don't like their seal on the front page - labelled '100% satisfaction Guarantee, 100% Money Back Guarantee' - as dig a little deeper & the very last t&c says ' The 100% Money Back Guarantee is subject to wagering requirements.' - which presuming is the normal W.R's for bonuses - means 30x on slots or American Roulette. This is all therefore highly misleading & false really, if I'm interpreting it all correctly - and therefore it does not entice me to start any relationship with such an entity. Maybe if I was a U.S. resident I'd have to be a bit less picky though.

Hi there, I used that "100% money back guarantee" you deposit at least $50 and then if you lose it (which I did right away) they put the $50 back into your casino account, which they did right away the next day. It's the same as a bonus just worded differently. I lost that $50 too.

Mousey I got the exact same email today.
I also have not played there in ages so i went to the casino rewards website and signed in and went to the player profile page where it lists all of your accounts, it says next to the yukon gold casino 1500VIP points.
I then clicked on my account history and the bonus is on there saying 'first deposit bonus $' and it says it was added to my account 26 March 08 at 7:03am.
This is weird because i signed up with them on 18 May 07 and took up the $50 100% money back guarantee (which by the way i lost both in record time:( ).

Back in the player profile page where you convert points into cash, i clicked next to the bonus and it asked if i wanted to redeem $10 worth of points to my yukon gold account, so i clicked accept and this is what come up....

WHOOPS - AN ERROR SEEMS TO HAVE OCCURRED

We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Unfortunately, due to promotional abuse in the past, the casino has been forced to take precautionary steps to ensure that players do not take advantage of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds.

To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards partner casinos. Your points should be available to you soon!

If you feel you have reached this page in an error or if you have any questions please contact our 24 hour, 7 days a week call center either by email at support@casinorewards.com or through our toll free numbers on our contact sheet.

It's not like i never 'risked my own funds', as my main mg casino was blackjackballroom which i must of lost thousands on and only ever cashed out once, not to mention playing a few times at yukon gold and never cashed out.
It may just be a glitch or something.
Im not worried though as i have not touched the casino rewards casinos in over 6 months...gave up searching for gold there a long time ago, aslo the cashout times are really slow compaired to most other mg casinos.

Dont bother downing the casino again.... just go to the casino rewards website and log in and you will be able to see if you have the same thing happening with yours. ;)

We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Now that is more like what I expect to see when I do check it this afternoon.

For some reason, when CR give points, they just hate it when you try to use them.

When I tried to cash in my paltry 10 loyalty chips ages ago, I got the same message as Rustyroo. There has been absolutely no "bonus abuse" at my end so haven't played at any of their casinos since.

I did get those 10 credits to my Yukon Gold account, but I needed to claim them from the loyality page first. I threw those chips on All Aces Video poker on one hand hoping to win big.

In fairness to Yukon Gold here's my followup. I had to wait on an email w/my Rewards account log in info. (I usually write crap like that down, but couldn't find it.) Anyhoo... I did find 1500 loyalty points in my Yukon account. And it DID let me convert $10. (Why do they give 1500 points and only let us convert $10?? Nevermind, don't answer that.) Played 4.5 minutes @.36 and less per spin in the Flash casino. Hit nothing better than three 9's on Thunderf@rt.
