Yukon Gold no longer flush winnings.

I submitted a withdrawal for $300 and asked the Live Help if my ID has been verified before. First off they told me they can't check that (wtf?) and I would have to wait until it's being processed(I asssume this means AFTER the 48 'pending' state) before they tell me if they need it.

Secondly, she told me it would pending for 48 hours and they no longer flush it. Is this the policy for all casinorewards or is just Yukon Gold?
