wrt race page - which link was that from? Can you PM me pls, sounds like a broken link

I know that there were some issues with the graphical representation of the power bar and the level ups however all spins were counted and the wheel of rizk prize possibilities should still reflect the amount that was actually bet during the level.

You cant add points from rewards to race - this is just a way pf showing you how many points you ahve accumulated. All rac rewards point are automatically added to your race account and clicking on the points in the rewards section takes you through to show a cut down vrsion of the leaderboard where you can see your current position

pimped - has been removed again. it is the bane of my life. Please tell me more about Pimped - the more i hear about it the more i love that game. But seriously i dont know why it didnt show in the search but it has been removed now as there was a backend problem with it where players wre being asked for a username and password. Has been referred back to our tech and to the provider. Once it is fixed we will add it back.

Hi Colin, unfortunately as you have 50 points you dont reach the prize places, if you had jsut a few more then it would look like this:



Get your point though that this is confusing if you are not yet in the paid places, we will look at a way to deal with this.

Bit presumtious.

Logged in this morning to find my withdrawal returned to my Rizk account again.

13 days and counting for a withdrawal.

This is strange...having to deal with inpay directly. As i have been told my iban is missing from the withdrawal, but on the withdrawal form at Rizk is doesnt ask for one. It only asks for account number, sort code, customer name and bank address.

Im not sure I can do much more other than contact inpay direct and see if they can help. Knocking on 14 days is ridiculous, but Im sure its not at the fault of Rizk.

I was playing at risk untill they closed my account without any reason, still waiting an answer, that was not good action.

Kudos to the Rizk staff though they are doing all they can.

Turns it its because my account was opened with euros but im in the UK so the informations the processor needs isnt on the withdrawal form.

We are working on a solution though. And I have faith
