No chat box to customer service on iPad mobile site...has it been removed or is it just me..

Yep, haven't had chat on mobile since last Friday-the CS said it was temporary so hopefully it's back up soon!

So... Am just curious when the site will be up and running with everything functional again? Since late last week it has been a bit of a struggle playing for me-Live Chat being removed from mobile also makes it quite difficult to easily resolve problems... And even then, logging into desktop to chat has also not always been the most effective either, it has been very slow and lagging when typing with a bit of a delay (which is shocking if you're like me and always ends up sending through sentences full of spelling mistakes )

There have been so many errors/issues/problems that I haven't cared to screenshot them all-which isn't helpful when support request it to help but oh well-but there have been some strange things I have noticed in the last day or so I'll list a couple of em below... but I'm wondering if anyone else has had anything similar experiences and if the Captain can shed some light on it than that'd be awes

Laptop: Chrome Browser typing into address bar 'rizk.com' loads to GB site-though if I type that in Safari/Ipad it always loads to au (which is me)
Ipad: Recently played list is not reflecting the correct recently played games, a few of them don't show up at all after playing them
Ipad: Pimped game (only one I have noticed this on) opens as if per normal, but then only loads to Play'nGo page requesting a login/password
Iphone: A lot of country restricted games visible in the games tabs-Typically if it's a provider I can't play like WMS, they don't appear at all
Iphone: MGS games open, and before can even play first spin/change bet etc error msg appears with "timed out" or something or rather
Laptop: A cash chip bonus I had last week just continually kept disappearing from my balance-this took a while to resolve and CS ended up 'fixing' it behind the scenes without me as I had to rush off thankfully but it was quite annoying in the meantime lol

Turns out Floppy is a technical God and after a few days tweaks his end everything works now

I just added google dns's to my local area connection i played for 5 hours lolz and that's it but i will come back and probably stay and play at RIZK, cause all others i tried are fairly unfair for me.

For those seeing DNS errors on some games add 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 it is ISP error

Also.. Apologies....i might of missed the memo but are NextGen games no longer allowed for Australian players or is it just my seemingly issue prone account LoL. I will have to give that DNS thing a try perhaps.. Thanx for the tip floopyzicer

I have noticed a few games I used to be able to play missing from the homepage when I log in... Seems strange when I was sure I have played some of them at other sites lately as well but they aren't showing up at Rizk

Irrespective of browser the locale that you are directed to is based upon your IP address, so if you have an Australian IP address then you will default to the Australian locale. This will only change if you have, for example, the GB locale stored by google and this is the address you choose? Other than that this is an IP issue that is outside of our control

Recent played - we have been doing some behind the scene changes to this for some exciting new improvements that we will announce very soon. I think that for a day or so it listed all games irrespective of device they were played on or what device you were using but i believe this has been corrected already. Look at for the new look and feel coming soon.

Pimped - new one to me, can you send me a screenshot?

restricted games being visible - could be many reasons for this, eg if you are on the GB locale that Chrome sent you to then you will see the game but not be able to open it due to your IP address?

MGS - again i need the screenie and error msg for this one

chip redemption - our apologies for the problems you had there was a database issue that has been resolved and everything works ok again now. if not then please let us know!!

Unfortunately we have taken the decision to no longer provide NYX games to Canada and Australia due to the regulatory landscape.

I've had the exact same problems. I played quite a bit last night at rizk and yes pimped game asked me for login and password. And as both scarlet muse have said before MG games are unplayable on chrome laptop, pc, iPad and mobile. Unless I turn on my VPN MG are unlayable on all platforms. It say connection reset.

I've had same issues ...last night...pimped game asked for login and password. I nearly threw my iPad across the room..


There are limited games to play now at rizk..between restrictions cuz of country...that's two major game providers for me...and MG games not accessible...or having do to log on...then log on to VPN...it has become not a pleasant experience..... chat services not available on iPad...have to go to my laptop...it was merry go round of which computer to use las t night....

ALL MG GAMES are unplayable on iPad....this is what comes up on iPad or screen game will come up load a bit and then say unable to load game.

Planning a session with Rizk this evening so did a quick ' Will the games load' test before my deposit.

No MGS (think that's an ISP issue) but other than that good to go.

Probably be playing Novo as long as balance lasts but have noticed 'Beetlemania' has vanished for UK players and I'm sure I played this @ Rizk a coupe of weeks back, any ideas please?

can't get onto the race page, just takes you to homepage
the level bar doesn't seem to be working properly
adding points from rewards to race doesn't do a thing
pimped doesn't show up on search

Are any rizk players having issues with withdrawals?

I have been waiting 10days now and no sign of my money. I have been asked to send another bank statement from the past 10days as they dont believe i dont have it.

Had a conversation with my telephone banking this morning and they say its not on the forecast for monday so looking into tuesday and 13days at the earliest.

All they keep saying is that it should be paid and i need proof that it hasnt. Which my bank is happy to provide me with but that also takes 7-10 days for a part statement to arrive.

Am I the only one having problems? Its my first withdrawal with them and i am verified.

Wasnt aware of any specific issues with live chat, but of course unfortunately as with any software product whilst we aim for 100% uptime we cannot guarantee it.

wrt race page - which link was that from? Can you PM me pls, sounds like a broken link

I know that there were some issues with the graphical representation of the power bar and the level ups however all spins were counted and the wheel of rizk prize possibilities should still reflect the amount that was actually bet during the level.

You cant add points from rewards to race - this is just a way pf showing you how many points you ahve accumulated. All rac rewards point are automatically added to your race account and clicking on the points in the rewards section takes you through to show a cut down vrsion of the leaderboard where you can see your current position

pimped - has been removed again. it is the bane of my life. Please tell me more about Pimped - the more i hear about it the more i love that game. But seriously i dont know why it didnt show in the search but it has been removed now as there was a backend problem with it where players wre being asked for a username and password. Has been referred back to our tech and to the provider. Once it is fixed we will add it back.
