After so many good review by casinomeister and some other sites i decided to try Rizk, and so far the best place i was all others just destroy me in first 2 hours, here at least i can enjoy playing. But there's several games that show Dns errors tried clearing cache but they simply don't work.

Hey floopyzicer-awesome to hear you had some good times at Rizk since joining up! I say it all the time, I do love Rizk-CS is fab, rewards add a bit more incentive even though the gaming errors-both on mobile and desktop for me-still happen all too much. It really limits the games I can play and when I am partial to a few then they don't work it is just the worst. I have logged most of my issues but in the end I usually just end up 'dealing with it' and playing the few games that I am familiar with and know won't stuff up. But I am not sure if it's across the board for anyone else, this week/last few days has been especially bad-both for Microgaming/Play'n'Go and even Netent! Only time I play Pyramid/Lights is for the rewards and constant errors and reloading pages very annoying when you just wanna knock out the last couple of FS:') Also, the popup box seems laggy at times when depositing, or I get logged out randomly or required to refresh the page and sign back in even after a few moments. The Microgaming popup thats appearing for 60 min or more now seems to upset those couple of games I knew I could play no worries:/

Tried my laptop, I get the blank screen loading also as mentioned earlier or the black screen popup with errors or the usual 'unable to contact server'/'problem' occurred...' Etc etc.

But I will keep on going back as always I am a sucker hehehe but at the minute am a bit hesitant..LOL wishing I had just taken the bonus before I drained my funds so I could try for some more playing. I have had such awesome service lately and a few gifts thrown my way, which I allreciate so much but not even Starburst can save me.. Poof and the $$$ gone get a bit sad lol cos I know I won't have the variety of other sites but I go back out of loyalty and hope..that the Captain might just rescue this damsel in distress LoL

??but would love anyone's tips for good games to play on ipad at Rizk-I rarely stray from my usuals just to avoid errors.. And I am pretty keen just to get the playtime-don't even care for the huge win just want to play a few more rounds as we all do ahhh, too many deposits made... drained balance in seconds, errors and log outs wasting away my double speed chips and cashouts few and far between LOL

Turns out Floppy is a technical God and after a few days tweaks his end everything works now

Most game launches are multi channel these days scarlet so if there is no mobile version the supplier must have a damn good reason for it to be put up on the site. That being said all of our recent new integrations have been from companies that restrict games in your territory :-(

Yes.. i resorted to logging in via my phone the other arvo to see if I could play better on that than my ipad and all these new whiz bang looking games appeared and i thought omg i forgive all the errors if this is what you guys were working on! But each one restricted for me haha

But do you also find that it is varied with MG games not playing on ipad everywhere?! Or a certain game works totally fine on one site but another never ever loads..or you have been playing it fine for months and suddenly nup, error central?! Or hitting refresh while it loads generally effs it up again..But some sites curiously-that works and the game will load fine?!? Arghh

Sometimes they load then it says unable to load error...sometimes the screen is just white...but NO mg games work on my iPad on any site...they work fine on my android phone however. Also tried downloading chrome for iPad...does not work with that either....and they don't work on my chrome laptop.

However I found a solution for my iPad...don't know why it works but it works...I log onto casino ...then turn on VPN...and then I load the game...and it works...don't know why it does don't...and VPN service is on Canadian ip..just not my ip that my network assigned....

All my docs have been approved other than my bank statement...it is my August 2016 statement which I recieved at the start of September, I am still awaiting my September statement.

I have sent it twice but it has been rejected both times due to being out of date and too old?? Its the latest statement I have. My withdrawal has been sitting quite a few days now and its getting frustrating.

They have this morning just been approved. I sent an email to support stating again that it was the latest statement and theybhave accepted it this time.

Couldnt pm as only on mobile at the moment. Any other issues I will let you know.

This is an ongoing problem...not new....I think scarletmuse also has the same problem...mg games do not work on my iPad nor my chrome laptop...the error I get:

Background of game loads, then white screen where game is supposed to be with sad ecomputer emoji that says...connection reset...

However when I turn on my VPN all mg games work....
