This is the most time I've seen a Guts rep on this forum, I'm almost swooning :eek2:

I think they've beaten Yits & rosie's combined online presence already :eek:

Now I hope this becomes a regular occurrence and not just a quick PR exercise....because ultimately I think everyone at CM wants to see Guts back to what they once were :thumbsup:

I know we complained and we complained...but you've all gone from one extreme to another. So our level of trust is not so high for you guys.

I had a withdrawal a few weeks ago that was reversible for over 6 days cuz your CS could not get it together with how many times they asked me for my documents ...will those reversible withdrawals disappear? Or will this always be the standard when there's a problem with withdrawals. Ie withdrawals will always be reversible until you deal with them?

With regards to the reversals, we are actually looking into the option of players being able to lock their withdrawals. We will keep you updated as to the progress of this.

Glad its getting sorted, you lost alot of respect from players when you deceide to open up your network and seemd like you cut the players out, sites running slow and the rest that comes with it.

We know your a trusted brand and people can not go wrong but the amount of complaints that come in regarding issues and was just blanked

Surley you can afford to spare a few hours to pay someone that knows the score ? It goes along way for a small price to pay

Very fair comment and we are determined to restore the faith that we lost. The situation was never intentional but we dropped the ball in this forum and will now strive to ensure it doesn't happen again.

We will ensure every piece of feedback is reported back to the relevant division.

With regards to your site experience please do always let us know if you are experiencing any delays in game performance, withdrawals etc

In all fairness I nether really expiance any bother from your sites, but I do read and not very well at that and like I said I do not think there has been many complaints about any one been done by such as not been paid or by bent rules (not that I have seen any bent rules from your selfs) but it goes by after you open up the platform it went sour, you had some good reps on board at one point.

Again I have no cmplaints personaly and I would trust you group with my life savings :) not that I got much of that left, but I wouldnt think twice am I going to get paid as I know I will do.

All it takes is a few personly touches that makes a huge diffrence. to me its not a bother I am a small roller and most of the members know this so to me it does not matter if I get the middle finger or a 1k free cash, I would prefer the later :)

This goes to any sites and what has come to alot of sites in recent times is the lack of respect to players. I know some sites run of a budget but I also know that some sites do very well yet do not care about players, it comes to a point where it is about money but at the same time its not, when a player needs help or has a big loss than talk to them as its not rocket scince

Again big respect to what you have done, no complaints personaly. I been gambling online knoking on the 15 years now and know the score,
Big shout out to the loyal members on here also that makes the site what it is and for the boss that takes all the shit that comes with it :)

Now quality is a big factor in my sessions and I used to love these games when this function worked, not so keen for now.

I'm currently stuck with a crappy small screen and also browser functions make little difference so I'm squinting at the slots.

Happen to me on a few sites, try reload page, seems chrome if using dont like to load first go round, well who does ? :)

Not sure matey, tried a few things but had to "abandon PC" before it got smashed :oops:

I know its disabled at Guts, VS and Labrokes has that button missing altogether :confused:

Yet its there and works as it's supposed to at Casumo :what:

Anyway on a more important note, hope your ok Spin and good to see you about :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Had a lil bit of money on Guts still, Why is instadebit or ecopayz not showing for withdrawals? pretty sure I used 1 or both for deposits last time.


Also no big time gaming slots?

Both payment methods should be showing. Instadebit is available in Canada only however.

Ecopayz is not available in the UK, predominantly countries such as New Zealand and Canada.

Valid point, we are just going through the forum now and ensuring some of the threads that are still open receive a resolution.

Naturally we take data within the business extremely seriously. Unfortunately confusion was caused by our lack of explanation previously. We can access previous documents. They are held within a document repository and can be accessed by colleagues with the relevant authorisation. Rather than explain this we (I believe it was actually on two occasions) just said they do not have access to the documents in question.

We are sorry for the frustration caused with this. This along with the requests for document verification could have been handled better. Therefore if any of our players has concern regarding the verification request please do message us directly and we will be happy to clarify and support so that you get a quick resolution.

Hope this clarifies the situation a bit further.

You was going through the forum? But yet you didn't reply to my posts and also Rosie didn't reply to my PM i sent what like 3 weeks ago.

It certainly seems very strange that all of a sudden you have a new team dealing with CM members issues. When you was soo cold for such a long time, ignoring ignoring and ignoring and also it seems members constantly complaining about ID and withdraw times.

I myself couldn't even get my ID even verified cos they kept saying they was blurry, yet every other casino I sent the exact same copies of my ID to, they verified my account perfectly fine the first time without any problems. Unlike Guts where it taken days for them to decline my perfectly acceptable documents. And what is more I got no email to let me know. I had to log in every day to check to see if it was done. Not good what so ever.

So there I go again I repeated my message, Maybe I shouldn't have done so. Cos now you wont even read the other thread Guts ID again thread in which I posted in.

All good my freiend and thank you, I not a clue either, nothing is bloody right at the min with anything, every feker is trying to out do them selfs with new version of this and that and thinking it will all work, Just take what netent did with the games than html5 fiasco.

In any case as long as you on winner than all good, if not than I wish you the best of luck

Hiya, am in Canada, Get a popup saying pick new withdrawal method, it's only bank transfer or paysafe, Nothing else is showing.
