I think we all have some favourites among all the thousand slotgames to choose from.


What i have been thinking of is if that my favourite selecting is the reason why i almost never hit the home run, or something else is the matter.


Tell me what your favourite games are, and why?



Mine are:

Victorious (Might be the first game i started out with except for Funky 70´s but that game is not playable at all)
The Wizard of Oz Ruby Slippers (the one with whats happening feature)
Immortal Romance (never hit 4 wilds in desire feature)
Creature from the Black Lagoon (started to play recently)
Lost Island (Because the bonus can get u alot of wild and it is fun)
The Dark Knight
Flowers (This was one of my top games, but i started to dislike it alot)

Also play when i can , Raging Rhino and recently found Black Knight 2 which is fun.

But a casino session for me is more about catching that freakin bonus feature because i wont change game before i get it, maybe thats whats need to be changed.

last year i played lots more slots from nextgen, definitely they were my fav find in 2014

favourite being medusa 2, they arent the best graphically but there's enough going on to maintain the excitement, re-trigger possibility in the bonus round as well as the possibility of all 5 reels turning into matching symbols is such a buzz helps ive had a monster win on it too

wms wise ive played bruce lee and ruby slippers loads, and quite a bit of time on Fire Queen which is the double money burst version.

Netent wise definitely lost island ranks highly and ive had some brilliant bonus rounds on it. Also managed some good wins on wishmaster but this can be brutal at times.

mg wise ive played game of thrones too much, jurassic park as well as terminator 2

I'll list some of the slots I regularly play. All based on my personal play, low rolling and fast spins !!!

MG -
Immortal Romance - My go to slot when I don't have any other slot in mind to play. Has been the best to me out of all slots that I am very much in the positive balance with this slot. Have hit 4 wilds in WD and 4 wilds in the x5 bonus round. When its hot I have been able to get amazing game time out of this slot and regularly hitting 5 oak 'big wins' and bonus rounds. When its cold well .... when it rain it pours in buckets of hail and snow.
Thunderstruck 2 - Was lukewarm about this slot and still am. I think its even worst variance than immortal romance, the win potential ain't so flash hot and I don't really enjoy the base game much. Its all about the bonus and if you hit it regularly provides alot of game time. I play this slot from time to time but it does get dull after awhile. Everytime I get wildstorm I walk away from my PC because I already know its not worth watching.
Game of Thrones - Don't really like this slot but I wont deny that the winning potential is great. Dull base game, dull bonus game but seeing the 'mega win' screen is never dull I will still play this from time to time because I have experienced the winning potential but its a battle of not dying from the boring gameplay, my balance gone or hitting the mega win.
Avalon - Only good when its hot. Bonus round pays nicely sometimes. Do a few spins and if its dry and cold I'm out the door.
Isis - Really dull base game, really nice bonus game Too bad the bonus game rarely comes when I play it. Again depending on how I feel I will try milk it out for a bonus round but it could take a long time and I know if I don't get the bonus rounds I will end up nowhere.
Bust the Bank - With this slot the base game is great, so many random features and the piggy bank bonus is about as good as a bonus round itself. When I play this I don't really care too much to hit bonus round because quite often nothing lands even with reel 1 and 5 being wilds. It can get quite cold though but the piggy bank bonus makes it worth trying a few spins on it at least.
Jurassic Park - Base game is OK due to stacked wilds and t-rex mode but I have never experienced a big win on this slot so I only tend to play it 50 spins or so in the hope of catching a bonus round. Animations and bonus features are nice and varied though!
Tomb Raider - Used to be really hot for me but now so and so. Like basically every MG slot if I don't hit the bonus round often I feel I am going nowhere so I wont spend all my balance on this slot like in the past but I will from time to time give it a few spins and see how it 'starts out' because you can generally get a feel for it then. I find it pretty fun though the bonus round is basic and pays decent too.
Playboy - I have had good sessions without hitting bonus round because the base game seems to keep me afloat when its playing decent. Bonus round is really good too though if the playboy chick decides to be nice. I tend to play this when my balance is low because quite a few times it has turned it around for me.
Lady in Red, Fat Lady Sings, Football Stars, Pure Platinum - I play these slots from time to time and have had moderate success on them. Only Football stars has an interesting bonus round to me though the others have potentially nice payouts. I have hit bonus rounds more regularly on fat lady sings than the other ones listed here.

NetEnt -
Jack and the Beanstalk - Great fun base game and bonus game as long as you are getting the moving wilds regularly. Too bad the 3xscatter for bonus game activation pays nothing. Only good when its hot otherwise avoid.
Gonzo's Quest - Same as JATB except bonus rounds are an absolute premium.
Jack Hammer 1+2 - Really good base game. Just a shame getting any of the high paying symbols stacked is really rare. Good fun though but like most netent games pays crap all unless you are on a really hot streak.
Creatures from the black lagoon - Only the bonus game is good in my opinion and pays decent most of the time. Otherwise the base game is nothing special.
Starburst - Avoid starbust. Supposedly low variance (?) but whatever I see through the deception! Only thing good about this slot is you can bet 0.10p.
Boom Brothers - Possibly my favourite netent slot because 1)Bonus rounds hit regularly 2)alot of cool base game 2nd chance features 3)its been low-mid variance for me so I actually get decent playtime 4)the rail-track bonus is about the most regularly bonus feature I've seen in any slot I've played. Have not had huge wins but the fact I get really good game time and small-mid wins on it makes me give it some praise.
Alien Robot - Dull base game, good payouts from bonus feature (if it ever hits!). Worth trying but not staying on
Piggy Riches, Dead or Alive - Winning potential seems really good but I have not experienced it much. I have hit bonus rounds regularly on these slots with crap all pay. Dead or alive better bonus round, piggy riches better base game.
Bloodsuckers - Dull base game and bonus game but its true that you can stay afloat on this slot for awhile. Payout not so great but at least your balance wont swing so wildly north or south.
Southpark 1-2 - Game's got great fun factor but hardly any decent winning potential. I play this when I just feel like playing a 'fun slot' and not to fussed about my balance.

Temple Quest - Avoid like the plague. Or try for like 20 spins and then never come back. Looks great and you might be able to win something here and there but its all show and no substance in the end. It is fun though I admit and when you see the bonus round you can see the potential to win nice amounts but good luck with that
Easy Slider - Really nice slot, I like the fact you can choose the reel you want the wilds to have extra benefits from. I'd consider it medium variance because I did about 300 spins and went nowhere on it, hitting the bonus rounds a few times lol. Still good fun

Sooo yeah I probably listed more than I thought I would and I am sure there is ALOT more slots I have tried and left without a second thought but these are the ones that come to the top of my head! This post is actually intended more for me as a reminder and I will look back on this one day and see if my feelings have changed (based on wins of course )

Yeah my playtime is on Immortal Romance to the most, got aloot of accounts at gold status, and im not kidding its to dry for me, i promised myself to never play it when i finally hit the 4 (5) wilds=) in wild desire.


As i am swedish there been alooot of NetEnt available for me and i think thats why i tend to play thoose games, i think i need to find new games to try out to say the least. Might try Bust the Bank=)

I usually get a couple of bonus rounds within 2-300 spins. Play more often and you'll hit big one soon enough. its the best slot from netent IMO

Raging rhino comes a close second purely due to one win i had after months of crappy luck i hit around 450x on £4 per spin after 2-3 spins, but id have to say immortal romance is my favorite slot, never had 4 wilds, had 3 once that paid 9x, but the all-round play, music, features, graphics and the fact its "saved me" mannnnny times, wins it for me, ive had 900x from the finer reels of life but even so, IR still tops it.

My 'fun' slot is Big Bad Wolf by Quickspin. I've had some great bonus rounds on this slot and it's a great one to play if you want to simply double your balance and cash out

Reel Rush by Netent is my second favorite, a quick volatile game that pays really well in the bonus round!

Jurassic Park is another favorite and usually gives me good playtime

I'll play The Wishmaster at minimum bet as long as I have a balance over €100 if I'm after a big boost

Riches of the Sea by 2by2 Gaming is one I visit during every session for a few spins, always had good luck with this and get into the bonus round very quickly

Other than that, I chop and change very often, if I have 20 bad spins I move to the next slot. I often play 6/7 games in each session and this has kept me afloat and in profit the vast majority of the time!

With thoose amount of spins i would say at least over 100k spins.

100k is alot, but i think ive done atleast 3x that, never had 4 wilds, 5 scatters i think i like it because its saved a deposit for me on so many occassions, like ill have 300, go down to 50 and think screw it ill blow the rest on IR, and get like a 200x bonus, had that happen a fair few times.

Thunderstruck has to be top of the pile, though its very frustrating when you get a bonus feature with no wins appearing in the bonus spins.
Blade isnt too bad,Pharoahs Secrets, Break the bank again, Sultans Gold are all playable.

Microgamimg I like the various Thunderstruck 1 clones (the 'three stooges' as Spintee puts it ).
These games (identical in gameplay and paytable) have seen a lot of my play since 2008/9.

My current favourite Microgaming slot though is Party Island. Definitely the best 9-liner to have come along in recent times, and its payouts pack a punch considering it's 'only' high medium variance.

As for Playtech I like the HV heavyweight trio of Marilyn Monroe, Great Blue and Penguin Vacation which all have that 'pre feature feature' that can set you up with a lot of spins at big multipliers which is very exciting.
Marilyn edges it over Great Blue for me as it seems less prone to murderous cold streaks. But as two of my preferred Playtech casinos have just been rogued though, I'm barely playing any Playtech in 2015.

Netent I will always love Arabian Nights. Also Lucky Angler is a great game. If you catch it hot you can keep the screen full of sticky wilds for a long time.

My favourite WMS have been Black Knight and Amazon Queen (but I'm not currently seeing the big hits that used to be commonplace on these)

Oh and if I was forced to play a 243 line slot by a crazed MGS employee holding my family hostage, I'd probably go for GWG-Jungle Heat.
