Your current hot slots?

I've been playing Gemix a lot recently. At .20c a spin, i've been playing for 8 hours with 6$ cashback, went all the way up to 35$.

Thought I would do a list of the slots I am currently doing best on. I am actually currently doing terrible on slots and actually looking at cutting back playing cause of it but thought I would share the slots that I have been doing good on if anyone needs something different to try with their luck.

Are your personal hot slots specific to one casino or do you find they are lucky on most? I know there are so many different variables and I have a basic knowledge of RTPs and hot/cold tendencies etc but I wonder, do any of you with multiple favourite sites tend to stick to your own 'hot' slots when playing or mix it up a bit depending on the site you're on? Do you play games according to the site rating, such as VS and others who list games as 'Hot' or 'Popular' and so forth?

For example, I have a couple of sites I enjoy the most and for e.g. "Game X" always wins on "Site 1" but is absolutely dead on "Site 2" yet I sometimes find myself still gravitating towards those same games wherever I am playing. Or do you all know which games to hit on each site you favour playing on?

The Wishmaster has been pretty loose for me lately. Have had three scrolls and nice hits with them the last two sessions. I also got the Max Hit in Drive during the bonus. Hit the Scatters on my first spin, got all the Nitros and then all 5 Wilds lined up before a spin. I won $449 on a .30 bet. Sadly, I couldn't film or take pictures because I was playing on my smartphone. I went from being down $244 to up $432 this year because of those two games.

Drive is on my retired list alongside Twin $pin as I've gotten the Max Hit on both.

hot cold hot cold but i play these quite a bit recently.... Koi Princess, Nirvana, Hooks heroes, Wild north, CFTBL, SP Chaos, and got a x300 on 300 shields

I've been lucky with Starburst today! Won around $25, maybe thats not too big, but I am a newbie so for me it is quite an achievement!

I feel like the more people who pretend that it is possible for slots to be "hot" or "cold" and the more they look for patterns in random events , then the more leeway it gives the casinos to prey on this fallacy and act like their slot "machines" don't exist solely to extract your money from you . They pretend that somehow you played well or chose well to get your big win , like you earned it :p It's random luck and we all know it , just as we know that the odds are stacked against us . If people acknowledged these facts more then I feel like the casinos would have to offer better deals , higher rtp etc . Right now , every time you see messages like " Mary just won $125 on TwinSpin . Well played !! " it's just the casinos trying to convince you that you have some sort of control or ability to "play well" or "choose well" and somehow overcome the fact that slot machines sole design and purpose is to take your money .

Oh, I agree. But luck or not, it's the psychological factor-if we think it's hot maybe get some action, or even "hey, it's cold and hasn't jackpotted for a while, noone must be playing.. It's gunna payout soon" mentality (I am a little guilty of falling into those patterns haha:lolup:)

I notice the live feeds on sites and don't really read into them, VS for example seems as if it's a "genuine" feed as looks like relatively real time and includes other info ("John just redeemed 15 FS on ..." etc) but if I see a decent win I don't jump straight on that game-though if it isn't one I have played before and other aspects interest me (theme/paylines/features etc) I might make a mental note to maybe give it a go later. But one site I was on the other day, I can't recall the name had a news feed thingy and every single one was massive, even on games I have seen categorised as low paying or I can never personally hit a win on. Each one was huge, from 1K and higher and I wondered, if it was legit, or is it real time or is just a rolling feed from a few months/years of operation? And also, if it was a game I thought was "cold", well how much did they wager on the winning spin? Like "Sue won $2550 on X Game from a $2540 spin" would not tempt me but if it said $1-10 bet, maybe I'd suss it out to play. What risk do I wanna take, like is game could be "hot" to some but is that because they are betting $20 a spin? Or is it "hot" because it pays out nearly each spin but only tiny amounts at a time like 12c? It's all mental right:p

Also, with my wondering about same games paying high/low on different sites, also comes from seeing webpages with RTPs by software so one could think that's across the board so it shouldn't matter what platform right?! ...Though I also do get struck when I'm down thinking "it's coz I have won huge on this game before, it's remembering me and now taking it all back!"

I like Gemix, can sometimes get quite a bit of playtime out of a small bankroll.
Can give some great wins as well when it wants, but can go stone cold just giving blue gems nearly all the time for quite a few spins

My favourite hot slots?

Hi,

My favourite hot slots will be:

Pirate's Rose (Australia Konami) with frequent free spin. It does have jackpot feature as well being random with 3 scattered or more also giving you chance to win mini or maxi jackpot, standalone only. Pirate's Rose free spin will be randomly choose how many free spin from 5 to 25 and multipliers from 2 to 10x. Australia hasn't advertise Xtra though for Konami I believed.

Shogun (Australia IGT) with 3 lines only $1 each line. Sometimes if your lucky you get 3 trojan horse to get 25 free spin at triple times normal prize, sometimes you get frequent free spin but this machine is a money hungry! So don't lose too much!

Playtech Pharaoh Secret similar to Australia Konami Inca Treasures. Frequent free spin sometimes if your lucky but most of time you lose. Similar behaviour to Pirate's Rose.

Jetsetter (Australia IGT) Sometimes you get good frequency of free spin and chance to win jackpot feature in free spin only.

Isis Mega Moolah (Microgaming) Sometimes if you are lucky you may get many free spin and money galore! Best bet is $2.50 per spin to give you good payback.

Indian Dreamings (Aristocrat) If you are lucky to get 15x multipliers in free spin. Free spin must be won left to right only from 3 scattered or including a substitute or two. This is hard to win though. Best is old Aristocrat machine with reliable payout without jackpot feature. Otherwise jackpot slot is much more money hungry especially money train or standalone one.

Jewel of Arabians (IGT) Sometimes frequent free spin with triple multipliers.

I'm pretty sure slots do go through modes of hot and cold. I think somewhere like videoslots who post their RTP stats would probably help back that up.

I don't know if it's possible to pick a hot slot with any real accuracy but I do think it's possible to spot certain netent games that are stone dead.

@Ridde

I don't know which casino you use but those winner flashes you talk of are accurate from my experience. They will, however, linger for a long time depending on how much action is going on at a casino. An early morning session will normally still be flashing away early evening for me.

Yes but it's like if you mapped out the throw of a random dice 1000s of times . At some point you are going to get a string of 5s and 6s and can say "wow this die is hot" at other times you will get a lot of 1s and 2s in a row and could say "ugh this die is so cold" . It doesn't really mean anything it's just in randomness you will get every eventuality so in slots you will sometimes get big win after big win and other times you won't hit anything for ages . The brain likes to see patterns though so it's constantly looking for patterns even in random events I think (assuming slots really are random)

Yeah I've noticed that too! One slot can give me good results on one website but none on another. So I have some favourite slots groups depending on the casinos I'm playing at. I understand that it should be random and the same slot should have the same payout regardless of the website, but that's just the way my brain works and I go with it :)

Hots slots of late have been

secret of the stones
space wars

Slots that have cooled down on me or just in general cold

DOA
Immortal Romance
Thunderstruck II

Steam Tower (NetEnt) has recently rocketed to the top of my favourite pile this last 2 months. From deposits totaling about €1,000 I've run my bankroll up to about €15,000 just from playing Steam Tower (5,000, 6,000 3,000 and 1,000 at 4 different casinos). I've blown a load of the profits on other slots but still come away with a damn good profit.
