This reminds me of the time when my mother woke one morning at 4am, went downstairs and at the kitchen window sat this little wild bird, she got a little bowl of water and went outside to the little bird, sat the bowl down beside it and had a conversation with this little bird, it didn't move and all the while it looked at my mother and was chirping away to her, sat on the next doors house was this large crow and my mother shooed the crow away, the little bird still sat on until finally gave one last chirp and flew off.
