    Betsafe casino is really messy lately...

    is it possible for a casino not to keep track of RTP % ?

    if not how they gaurantee the rtp% they claim?

    their chat swear that they not keeping any track of rtp% of games.. yet on their page they claim diffrent...

    part of chat i had with their support .


    me: you sure have
    Ole: We don't.
    me: so you say you dont keep track of rtp% on your casino?
    Ole: We keep track of our budget of course, but that has nothing to do with you.
    me: well can you please answer yes or no on my question
    me: do you keep track of rtp%
    me: ?
    Ole: We do not have any kind of statistic like that for you or other customers.

    What was the specific question you asked them?

    Did you ask for your personal RTP for a particular game or time frame or were you looking for the entire casinos overall RTP?

    Either way the casino should very well have that info but the regular support staff might not be privy to it.

    Where did you see an advertised RTP figure that they should be guaranteeing? If you see on their website, for instance, that a particular game pays 96% or whatever, that is their statement to you.

    I also had the same issue on Monday, been playing Thunder struck 2 and i'v not been to lucky on it so I ask for my RTP for Sunday and Monday but was told the same, site does not have statistic like this, on the other hand I am also with tropezia palace, I also asked them for my RTP and there e-mail me back with the RTP for that day.

    They do have the stats, but the CS person was obviously ignorant of what RTP meant - sounds like they thought you were asking for what profits they made or something.....
    This isn't unusual, some groups like 32red sites obviously brief their CS on the meaning and how to provide the stats to the customer, some don't. Like Betsafe.

    Seems to me they are slipping a bit lately.
    Such a shame as they do offer a great selection of games and their website is easy to navigate.
    I hope their rep will reply soon and try to fix things.

    For now I am very reluctant to deposit until my own issue (auto logout) has been resolved properly.

    i am still having auto lock out problem. Also had an issue with a withdrawal. Its sorted now but rep never replied to me and one of the customer support reps i got in live chat was unhelpful and border line rude. Such a shame as when i first joined betsafe they were ace :(

    The funny part is i contacted their manager and guess what! exactly same answers!

    Looks like their rep is not present or sleep... lights on , no one home...

    BetSafe should be removed from accredited list.

    FYI Markus.

    No casino can guarantee you a certain RTP. It's not possible. What you saw was the TRTP, which is a different kettle of fish. I'm surprised you didn't know that.....or perhaps you did.

    As an aside, I really don't see the point in people wanting to know their RTP all the time, especially over a short time like one session or one day. The figure is totally meaningless unless it is taken over a long period, as in the short term ANYTHING can happen.....and usually does. Also, it doesn't change anything. It might be helpful to the bonus beggars, but otherwise it's about as useful as a one-legged man in an arse kicking contest.

    If the rep is AWOL you need to PM Bryan. It's going to achieve far more than calling for them to be removed from the accredited list just because they can't answer one question accurately.

    I disagree. Betsafe is a great casino. They shouldnt lose their accredited stats just because they havent answered your question. I do think that Max or Bryan could look into the case of the missing rep and find out whats going on though.

    Also I once asked Betsafe for my RTP but they had no idea what I was talking about. I've always thought that casino chat support staff should be trained on the basics of a casino considering that is technically what they represent.

    I'am guilty of this, I will ask several times for my RTP as I like to keep track of it on individual days, what slots I was playing and my lifetime RTP. Some REPS probably get sick of it, but if they can keep records then so can I :) Although I bet my records in excel are way messier than theirs.

    little problems but great casino

    I know they have these little problems like auto logout after 10 mins sometimes or even 2-3 mins but they are a great casino overall as they have a variety of games and very quick payout and also they do 2-3 good bonuses between 50-100% every week.

    People calling for them to be unaccredited(lack of better word) should remember the rogues and slow paying casinos with shady T&C's.

    They are a great outfit overall and relatively new if i'm not wrong so i'm sure they will get there in terms of the little technical problems.

    RTP in my personal opinion shouldn't matter as no matter what your RTP is, its just going to make you feel worse. I have in the past asked omni casino for RTP after around 100 deposits and Betat always display RTP(Which I think is great for some people)

    To sum it up they are great and deserve the accredition here

    as i mentioned before i got similar answer and rude behavior from BetSafe MANAGERs to chat representetives thats what freak me out.

    Also i think for "players" RTP is point of interest to see and evaluate game history performance..


    Also when i asked about RTP % its 2 years of play and 40+ deposites i am sure when you deposite thousands, you have the right to know these numbers.

    And for Betsafe to make it a national secret is reddicolous, since there is noting to hide..

    Most casinos will not and do not want to provide this kind of sensitive information. The rtp does not make any sense for 1 player and will always be lower (in the case you lost a lot) than the rtp for all players.

    Well for what it is worth.
    I will cancel my subscription with this casino.
    Not only did I never get a satisfactory answer about their auto logout problem but also I was being treated rude in livechat by uninspired CS representatives.
    And the cherry on top of the cake is my 1st and also last withdrawal issue I encountered over the last past days.

    I withdrew monies onto my Skrill account which was reversed back by them because I did 1 deposit with my VISA card.
    4 deposits with Skrill and only 1 with my VISA and they did not want to pay into my Skrill for that reason.
    I had similar issues with other casino's but they did pay into my Skrill upon request,no problem at all.

    Anyhow,so I had to re-issue a withdrawal to my VISA which I did,reversetime 24 hours (28/09/2013).
    Well the withdrawal was reversable up until this very morning as withdrawal was still pending so what 24 hours?More like 72 hours.
    Contacted them by phone and now withdrawal has finally been processed,takes another 2-5 days to get the money back onto my card.

    So very slow pay and CS is the least to say unfriendly at some times.

    Sorry,but this casino is off my list regardless the great choice of games they have.
    I can have the same choice on Bet365 or similar casino's with no auto logout issues and much friendlier staff.

    8/10 rated here.

    I would more go for 3/10 but this is offcourse purely from personal experience,just to make that clear. :)
    I am not using this casino anymore.
