The sad part is how all the new games download. I thought the flash casinos took forever to download a game to play, just wait till you see the way they set up the casinos with the addition of these new games. Another 3 clones of other games to boot. Features on all 3, sadly to say the payout is horrid.

Just fired an email off as I've got exactly the same... Some upgrade bits and pieces, a snazzy new splash screen and then nothing games-wise.

Like you say, must be MG having a nightmare or something.

I'm sure it'll get resolved one way or another but I dread to think how much turnover could be lost on a daily basis for all the MG outfits... Blimey.

Probably yes...

Just to let you know, I uninstalled/reinstalled (from a fresh download) - and everything is sorted.

Of course you shouldn't have to do this, but at least it solves the issue.

i tried this with Redflush and desertdollar and neither are working. tried gettting some info through live livechat and noone seems to be able to help. Just when i was looking forward to playing

I just opened up 32Red, and it upgraded and opened just fine. The first time it opened, the little intro movie played twice instead of once, and it took maybe a full minute to completely open. But once it did, all was fine. I d/l'd one of the new games Centre Court...took probably a minute and a half to download. Been waiting for that game...and saved $10 worth of rubies to try it. 18 free spins with 2, 3, 4 or 5X multiplier and stacked wilds during free spins. And the best part? It's nine lines!!! So I can play for 9 and 18 cents, lol....cheapskate that I am.

Hope everyone gets sorted with the upgrade. Wonder why I had no problems? Not that I'm complaining mind you, lol.

Worked ok with 32RED

I just clicked 'uninstall', then went to 32red.com and clicked 'download'

When it came back up, all was as it should be (except "Centre Court" sucking my balance into oblivion in no time... Game, set and match indeed!)

The factor of the wait now no matter what game you wish to play is what bothers me, its almost like being in the flash casino waiting on the download to finish so you can play. It took spring break 2 min. to download so i think maybe each time we go into a game now it reloads back in.

I play quite a bit on the flash casino Laura, I've never had a problem with loading of games? The newer ones take a few seconds longer than say Thor or whatever, but for the most part, they all load in about 15-20 seconds tops. Wonder why that is? Different operating systems, or internet speed or ? Same as I wonder why Slotster had to re download the whole casino, yet the upgrade worked fine for me. It did hang for just a tiny bit, but I just left it, and it was okay.

I'm using Vista....what are you guys using?

Im using windows98. Big difference now for me in bellrock and all jackpots,
as before i would click game they would open up and off i would play. Now
another downloading box comes up and i have to wait for that and a refresh game box then i can play.

Okay, so two XP users and one '98 user, all had problems. One Vista user, no problems. Anyone else here using Vista who has loaded an MG this morning?

Ksech, have you uninstalled and reinstalled? Or can you do that being in the US? If you uninstall it, you may not be able to download it again right?

I can reinstall it, but my internet provider gets funky about downloading large files/games/etc. (They love shutting me down LOL). It's okay to download large files between 3 am and 6 am, but I'm working during those hours. Guess I'll wait and see if it clears itself up before I try reinstalling again.

I can see the potential here with the stacked wilds, and don't doubt we'll see some amazing screenshots out of this game. I'll play it again, no doubt....just wasn't happening for me this morning. Back I go to my old fav Kathmandu with my last $10.

I quite enjoyed playing it to be honest, despite the dreadful return... Like you say, should be some spectacular hits posted when all the stacked wilds hit sometime at 5x

Well, I am running Vista, but 32Red gets stuck at loading after the little intro movie, and just a black screen.

Thinks look a little different at Jackpot City, but it loads alright and the new games seem to be there...no money in my account, so not really sure if it is playing okay, although I played a tourney no problem.

Looks like I will be reinstalling 32Red.

Welcome to "Mupinfo mark II" my friends

MGS have done it again, a lobby update that is incompatable with the earlier one, and will not properly overwrite it.

I first saw this new lobby at Ruby Fortune, and it caused quite a few problems. The games were even MORE "stiff & juddery" than before, and there was a distinct server lag EACH SPIN. I found some animation features so juddery that I could visibly see the picture freeze, and frames being skipped.

I then saw it at Royal Vegas, and was pleasantly surprised that the tournaments still worked as before (badly at times still, but at least no WORSE)

The ONLY cure for these problems is likely to be a complete uninstall and reinstall of ALL the MGS casinos on your PC, because so much is now stored in common, and this might be where the problems are.

If enough players experience problems as severe as posted here (i.e - so bad they cant play), then casinos will see a drop in revenue, and I might get another posh dinner off Pat at 32Red

I'm using xp professional and I have cable so no problems just yet. I did notice that whatever games I clicked on had to redownload and it took about 3 seconds. I was playing in fun mode but you guys got me curious so I popped in some bucks and we'll see how it turns out.
