Yeey! My first Topgame Cashout!

Hey Guys i did it at Spartan Slots!!

After 3 days with a lot of wins... (I'm on a great streak) i
decided to chase my luck and try Topgame again (made about 15-20 deposits
the last couple of months without a cashout). Got a 235% bonus and decided to play my favorite slot
(Mad Orchestra) in a risky way. Did only 5$ bets... Got to the bonus round
which paid about 181x bet, right after that i tried some other slots, also
all with 5$ bet. There are some games where the chance is really high that you end up with over 100x bet in the bonus round, but they're quite hard to trigger :)

And now i'm here... Made it through wagering and i requested a cashout
of: 1500 USD!!! :)

Let's see how fast they pay... I'll keep you guys updated!!

Thanks... We'll i don't know if you already heard it, but they're now operated by Slotocash (Deckmedia), so maybe things changed for the better ;-) Let's see ;)

just a short update... The "3 full working days" the Support Staff told it's going to take are now over... Let's hope i get the money soon... :) Usually everything works quite well with all Slotocash Casinos...

i think its the new pending time for some casinos of the group (in slots capital) it happened me at 1 or 2 weeks ago
but after 3 days the money was in neteller account

They say it takes 3 days... But i just right now contacted Support and it looks that i would take much longer if you don't push them.

When i asked support before they told me i don't need to verify again if i'm already verified at other Casinos of Sloto (I'm fully verified at Miami Club, Slots Capital, Slotocash, ...)

2 days ago: i asked how long it takes, they say "3 full working days" so i should get it very soon (because 2 working were over)

Today i asked again and they told me: OH we still need documents... Interesting that nobody tells me that in advance... Now i have to send in the Faxback form again (Which looks exactly the same then the one i used for Slotocash) and all the documents... Let's see if there will be more delays...

And about Slots Capital, even if you don't flush it (which they started to do recently in Support) i ALWAYS had it in 3 days... And the Support somehow doesn't seem to be as good at Spartan Slots as in the other Slotocash casinos. Now it takes 24 hours they say to verifiy... Then maybe i get the money after "working day" 4... I requested the cashout on the 2nd of May...

I'll keep you guys posted... It's not the time that bothers me the most, but that it feels that i have to get active to get my money in an approtriate time... I wonder why they would have told me to send in Docs if i didn't asked again in Chat today..

The Support is really friendly and they also said sorry for any "delays" or "miscommunication", still i'm used to have much better service at Slotocash Brands...

Ok, after only 3 hours security verified all docs. That was fast. So no more reasons to delay the payment. Let's see :)

Ok guys, i've contacted the Rep (Sloto) just to tell her about my experience... She was always more than just great when i needed help or information (i'm a regular player at all Slotocash Casinos....). So she said i will get the cashout today and that they have some problems with the cashier... So if everything works out i should have the money pretty soon...

It's now 8 days since i've requested the cashout...

Let's cross our fingers :)

well... we're not tlking about some random rogue. Spartan Slots belongs to Slotocash/Deckmedia. They have 2 accredited casinos at casinomeister, and Spartan Slots has quite an ok reputation... i also think KK is promoting them as well... so i really till believe that i will have the money when i wake up tomorrow :)

Given he promotes a bunch of white label Rivals that could go under at any time with everyone'e money, I'm not sure I would totally rely on the fact that he promotes them.

Nifty has a good point... I have a lot of respect for KK. His never hesitated to help me in the past. However the casinos he promotes are a cause for concern. White label Rivals galore in particular though Bet Phoenix a casino notorious for their slow/no pay tactics and Tropica a casino that's rogued here.

I hope you get paid Hoff but noticing those casinos even has me concerned about playing at Begado/Slots Jungle. IMO eight days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait, I'd be wary. Please keep us updated.

I'd stick to the casinos that are accredited at Casinomeister :)

Update: Now i got paid.... Finally.... Once again thanks to the awesome Rep (Sloto) at the Forum!!

Regarding accredited: I usually do it the same way... But some software you just can't play at an accredited casinos, so i always try to find the best "non-accredited" way to play this software... :)

"Secure, reliable methods of withdrawal (Please note that withdrawals are taking between 48 and 72 business hours, wiretransfers to US can take up to 10 business working days)"
48 - 72 business hours = 6 to 9 working days = 8 to 13 calender days.
So although this cash-out did take longer than everyone hoped, it was still within the terms on their website.

Club gold talks about business hours. And means 8 business hours = 1 business day. Allthough they only mean this when they dont payout fast.
They have stated payout can take 96 business hours. When I asked about that in live help, he stated (after little pressure) "ye it means 4 business days". Because at that time people were getting their money in 4 days.
But nowadays payout takes longer, and they are saying 96 hours means 12 days "it is clearly stated on the t&c"...

That is crappy and vague way to show payout times..

I think all players should check the T&C's before they commit to playing at any casino, and if they see something they find totally unacceptable, they should not play there.

Sounds like you think players should just sign-up and play, then ask questions later...! :eek2:
(Which is a bit odd given your history of "jumping on" players who have not read the T&Cs first...)

all i would like to add is the main thing here is that he got paid , alot of players cant be picky to where they play , if i didnt have so many options where to play i would be thankful that i did get paid & i dont realy play topgame per advice on here , but hoff does have a point there part of sloto so thats a good thing well done on your cashout !

im from Boston USA and for my payouts from the very best here on the accredited list via carrier are up to a week

not unusual at all
