I was playing and losing allot on yako and then i decided to self exclude. Then i found out they are in the same lisence as many other casinos that i am self excluded from.

few months back i lost allot on hyper casino that is apparently also apart of this company.

i have self excluded there. Also have active self exclusions at karlcasino, nobonus casino and norskeautomater.

i asked support about this and if i should be refunded. They said no, its per brand, and not global.

As Harry said, it depends where you are playing from. Must say though, if you have gambling problems it might be an idea to stop playing at all casinos rather than keep opening accounts.

Had stopped gambling for a while but i lost my one year old son to meningitis in septemeber and after that everything has become self destructive.

i realised now i have to stopp before i lose my wife also. So while going trough self exclusions i realised this and was hoping for a refund. Since other casinos has done this before ad ive read online. Since lisence self exclusion will forfeit your wins if i am correct?

If you’re in the UK, then yes - the licence covers your self exclusion. If you’re covered by the Malta licence, no.

And you shouldn’t be playing hoping to get a refund.

I diddent play to get a refund. But when i went to self exclude i saw on their responcible gaming page it said norskeautomater and not yako. Then i checked liscence.

Some typo or bug in their software i guess.

So sorry to hear about your son, I can't imagine what you have been going through :(

However, and with respect, you have been using self exclusions for a couple of years now, so surely you know the rules around them? You aren't playing under UKGC rules, so L&L haven't done anything wrong, and I would be surprised if you get a refund. Know it's not what you want to hear, but it is what it is. Have you sent @L&L-Jan a PM about it at all?

Hi all,

No I havent received a PM but OP can send one. However, please contact support in the meantime as I dont have your user details and inform them to close your account due to gambling problems. The agent will take all measure to stop you from using our services on our side and to prevent you from opening new accounts in the future.

A set or requested self-exclusion on one casino does not apply to other casinos, although under the same license. This applies only for UK and SV players. However, any mention of gambling problems or responsible gaming issues will result in different measures from our side.

Jan is A fair and good guy. I’m pretty sure he will do what he can.
However this whole self exclusion mess needs some kind of time limit or something else in place.
Not that I’m saying anyone does this on purpose, but it is up for abuse easily.
Again the ukgc heathens they are fuck up with impossible guidelines.

I agree, I mean... I opened and played and lost about 2k at a casino recently and then found out I was SE from their sister site since 2 years.
I thought I’d let them know as they might be in breach of license by letting me play. I told them it’s not about the money, but they said they had to refund it due to their licence.
I can see how people could abuse that situation.

That last sentence from L&LJan post was good news.

Every casino should "SE" player from all licences which they have , if he/she talks about gambling problems or rg issue..

In MGA licenced casino "CS" can "SE" player and then offer good deposit bonus in other chat. Becouse group has 2-3 licenses.

UK has better protection when it comes to RG issue players.

Never self exclude unless you have a massive problem. Not saying that’s the case but beware

I have now been self excluded cross brand. But never got a reply as to deposit refunded. According to mga:

«
Provided that, in the absence of a unified self-barring database, where the B2C licensee operates multiple brands, the B2C licensee may allow for self-exclusion to be limited to a player’s activity on the brand on which the player has requested self-exclusion, and the above sub-articles (a) and (b) shall be applicable to that individual brand.
Provided further that, in the event that a player has been excluded by the B2C licensee in light of sufficient reasons which indicate that the player may have problem gambling issues, that player shall be excluded across all brands operated by the B2C licensee.»

i also sent a complaint to the mga but they reffered me to a website called thepogg to submit a compmaint there. I didd but havent heard anything back. So what course of actiok should i take ?

I don't understand? Your own copy and paste states they don't have to SE from other properties, just about everyone on the thread have said you aren't entitled to a refund of your deposits for that reason. I also don't see any complaint at thepogg? @ThePOGG

What are you wanting people to say? There is no course of action you can take I'm afraid.

U should read again:

“Been excluded by the B2C LICENSEE“

Didn’t you self-exclude originally?
Doesn’t this clause mean that if L&L had made the decision, based on live chat/email conversations to exclude you (to initiate the exclusion)., then it would apply across all casinos?

I’d read it that way, certainly.

We don't know if he/she indicated that. Apparently, he/she's doing SEs regularly, looks rather willy-nilly after some losses. IIRC, you can execute the SE yourself in your profile, so there might not have been any interaction with anyone from L&L to indicate that there is a problem with gambling.

IMO, the OP is angling for his deposits back. What I don't see, again, is that he's doing something to get his habit/addiction under control (if he has a problem as he indicates now when it is convenient as it might get him losses back. )
