Casino City says it is, but it isn&#039;t. It was written by some guys in India - the software contains strings that link to an outsourcing company.<br /> <br /> There are quite a few glitches with the software that mean you can lose money by clicking the wrong thing. They also are not answering my emails complaining I can&#039;t cash out. Another thing, the balance doesn&#039;t add up either - withdrawable + bonus != total. It looks too good to be true, and is.<br /> <br /> Avoid.</div>
