You would have had to have played this past weekend, and earned medals over that time frame (when you win one it shows up next to the gmae in the lobby). If you did, contact support and ask them...they should be able to help you.

Personally I wouldn't worry about the medals honestly. Just because I got the low down earlier in order to redeem anything quote, unquote free these days. At any bet on soft casino. You have to make a minimum deposit. Hence the software outage. To fix the bonus system so it can't be abused as easily now. Which sucks for those who honestly earned the right to use the free spins or bonuses. Just because we now have to jump through extra hoops to get our prizes.

What are the medals used for? Are they just for decoration, except during weekends? I won a couple during the weekend and a lot more today. Asked support what they are for but only got a vague answer saying my name is not found on the list. I did make a deposit.

When I first read about these casinos...I never bothered trying them out, because I had read alot about them being invite only. Well one day last year I was bored and broke (ok, maybe that is about every other day) so I decided to download one....and was surprised that I was able to and register an account as well, as I had read that other people were unable to create an account due to not being on this "list". And I most certaintly had not received anything in the mail (alot of people had gotten cds with bonus codes).

So I said may as well try and claim the welcome NDB, and that actually worked to....and so the story goes with the rest of the casinos in this group. When I was finally able to cash in i was worried because they said they had to double check and make sure I was on "the list" before they could process my withdrawal (presumably because I won off of a freebie).

Anyways, turns out I WAS on the list. I can only assume that since I have moved several times in the past 8 years, I never got the invite and it got lost in the shuffle somewhere.

Anyway in the lobby click on video slots and there you will find any medals you have attached to each game they were won on. If you don't see any then you probably don't have any yet!

By the way this is the only group I play at right now, but have not cashed out! I could of a couple of times but didn't!

Yeah i also decided to take a look at them since i have been hearing good news about them. It clearly states on the main page "100 dollar No deposit, followed by a deposit bonus on your first deposit" However when tried to claim, i was told its no longer available, and they are in the "process" of redoing the site. I explained thats not exactly the way to get new customers, as its misleading. Then he told me it wasn't cause its not available anymore, it was cause it was by invite only. I asked where it states that on the site, he said read the t&C and i said i did but couldn't find it, could he point me in the right direction. I was then told again to read the T&C. He never could tell me where it said it, makes me very cautious. :-/ I told him that, and told him to have a good day, and he just said "Fine, goodbye" Maybe he was having a bad day, but not exactly the way to woo over a new potential player, hehe.

I don't know about Lucky Creek as far as withdrawals go cause I haven't made one but I used Quicktender to deposit.

At WizBet, I can use QT or card and withdrawl to QT. Same software.
