I just think such a line is so fine that I'm not entirely sat inside the shady pit on this just yet, but give me time to ponder it a little more.

Ponder on this, the OP has a withdraw pending of C$2,635.00 if it were you would you want the money or emails asking you to reverse and take door #3?
It shouldn't be let's make a deal when a Player is trying to cash out their winnings IMO.![]()
I'm merely stating that the response given to the player was an entirely open choice where all facts regarding each option were clearly stated. I don't really see the deception in being offered all avenues.
It's called enticement, clearly a no go within the accredited standards here from what I can tell. I'm not speaking on behalf of CM, just what I've read.
Operational Standards: CM clearly states the following - Will not entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.
That's pretty clear IMO. It doesn't matter if it was an open choice as suggested, it was still an offer to reverse.
I am not disagreeing with that fact as my earlier post explains. I believe however, that if the response given by the Representative lacked any type of optional suggestion ("I suggest this") then I don't believe out-laying all of the users options would be an unsavoury response as long as the player had complete free reign over their choice.

If the casino no longer wants to meet this standard of accreditation, fine - it's not deceptive, but IS an inducement to reverse delivered when the player enquired about having the withdrawal flushed. It might seem reasonable to send this email to a player who has withdrawn and left it at that, but surely NOT OK to send this to a player who has made it clear that he wants the withdrawal flushed beyond reach of temptation. This is what borders on predatory behaviour.

So why was the OP asked to reverse his withdraw?![]()
I don't believe that was what was asked from the response. The response states "If you would like" and explains what would happen IF the user did reverse their withdrawal, they were never directly asked to reverse it.
Again, I'm not disagreeing with the fact that the behaviour clearly breaks the rules of being an accredited casino. I am only stating that my personal option on such a response would not be deemed as unacceptable if the response had no optional suggestions.

please be advised that you would need to reverse your full pending cashin in one go.
Oh OK, but an option shouldn't be given -![]()
I totally agree its not something for said Casino to be proud of, but all of the relevant facts surrounding what such a reversal would entail have been made available to the player so they are able to make such a decision themselves, there is no out-right deception here. I guess it comes down to what other posters have stated; If such a reversal would be in the players favour then such a recommendation would be acceptable. I just think such a line is so fine that I'm not entirely sat inside the shady pit on this just yet, but give me time to ponder it a little more.

Example 1: I won 800 euro @ Maxino! I asked Ben if he could make my first cashout a pleasent one. He said yes, and told me to send documents for future withdrawals, but the 1st cashout was still processed instantly. The week after i then hit a monster on DoA for about 5600 euro, i wrote a PM to Ben again (evening) if he could notify me when the payout was processed cause i didnt want that much money laying aroung at my Skrill account. When i woke up 5 hours later i had a PM from Ben saying that the money was already processed when he got to the office. 5500 euro withdrawal in paid out in about 5 hours. Do you think i have returned to Maxino since? The answer is; Yes!
Rainmaker: Hehe! You´re right i did! But after the last days of play on various Netent sites, im starting to believe Nate! That DoA slot can be MOTHERLESS =)
Im actually going for a screenshot hunt right now =)
Well this isn't the first time an accredited casino has offered a bonus if you decided to reverse - when I was playing at All Jackpots they did the same to me several times when I asked to have my withdrawal flushed (when they were still doing that.) The thing I find a little offputting about this case is that they told the player they'd have to reverse their WHOLE withdrawal for less than a $20 bonus. If they said the player could reverse $50 of their withdrawal and get the bonus if they wanted to it wouldn't seem so bad somehow.
