This is my rule this festive season any casino that i spend more than $100 a week at give me a crap gift xmas and new years or no gift and just bad promos wont be getting there deposits the following year they will be put on my naughty list.

Cheeky as I am, I went on live chat yesterday and asked why their Xmas bonuses have been so mean, explained I had never seen them this bad during a normal week was told they have other promos running alongside the bonus and they will pass my comments onto marketing team.

They did apoligise but really no need it should be me apologising to them for not depositing my money

I doubt that you can beat Cassinoeuro's promo for today. Started off good. Upon sign in they gave me 30 free spins in secret of Christmas. As I have lost a load there I thought "Fair do's".
In my in box I found todays "calendar offer"

So I took those free spins that any bonus chaser could access then I deposited and quickly lost what little win I got from them.

I then deposited and played £15 in Secrets of Christmas. No Free bonus. CS tells me that those 30 free spins was the surprise gift for spinning £15.

When I pointed out that those 30 spins where there pre deposit I was met with a confused CS agent,who then began accusing me of having issues.

I ask about the inbox offer of playing £15 in Taco Bro's and getting a surprise and I was told that was unavailable!

So,in short their Christmas eve Calendar offer plus their inbox offer is a totally empty one and surely breaks a number of advertising and UKGC rules


6 hours after pointing this out they still have no response for me and those two adverts are still on site. Plus I am down in real terms by playing £15 on a game I would not of otherwise have played.

Credit where credit is due. Alex has took the time out today to message me about the errors. His CS guy had escalated the issues as soon as I had pointed them out and they where dealt with promptly. I respect the fact that it was human error,which I fully understand and he apologized for his CS attempting to act on the casino's behalf with limited grasp of my complaint.

I actually thought the Guts calendar was going to be decent but it wasn't, didn't understand the 'boost' thing tbh, I thought part of the progress bar would fill up after depositing/using the claim code prior to playing any game but it never moved at all - it stayed at the same point it had been at the end of my previous session - every deposit this happened.

The guts boost bar you most likely missed the first bar as yits stated that if you click the boost eacth day than it will guarantee to level you up. Well I clicked the boost made a small deposit and a few spins and was on to the second bar, From there it was not budging. And that was only for another set of spins lol. You need to deposit millions and play all day at £50 a pop all month to even come close to win the car. Than its most likely put into a draw (small print) What a bloody joke,

To be charitable I wonder if the constantly growing amount of new casino's has increased competition so much and their need to advertise because of it has meant that profit margins are much tighter now?
This xmas I mostly relied on daily depositing deals rather than get roped into anything ongoing that needed regular deposits. GUTS promo stood out like a sore thumb as being one to avoid
