Wordpress plugins malicious code

    Just read an interesting article from Wordfence. Seems a guy has been buying popular wordpress plugins, and then injecting malicious code to serve adware and pushing out the 'updates' so there are thousands of websites publishing his content.

    In one email from him to a plugin author he said this:
    Makes me wonder if this person is a casino affiliate? Or something? What do you guys think? You can check out the You must register/login in order to see the link.
