Good things sometimes happen. It was the only right decision when looking at the circumstances IMO.

Now in future be more careful with terms if roulette is your game.

I'm not exactly sure what happend prob my excessive emailing and me saying i was bankrupt, i'll never accept another bonus but i've closed all my online accounts permanently and i'm leaving on a high. i get too addictive.

quick post to let you know i have received the 10,000 euro, im not sure how they paid it out if i played the game with bonus, maybe its because i was self excluded so they couldnt exactly confiscate the funds.
lesson learned anyways, always read the TandC's

WTG!! I am honestly happy you ended up getting paid. You were extremely lucky that this casino caved in. Of course they should hope that this end result is good advertising for them.

Like Silc says, don't take bonuses, they aren't worth the trouble. Oh yeah, Casinomeister says that , too! And probably a whole bunch of other peeps here!

One comment. I have had an account with Vegas Red for about 4 years. I always played the same way as you did (trying to win a roulette and do the WR on allowed games). I won few times (6000 USD and 9000 USD) and never had problem with the cash-out.
My understanding (which not necessarily the casino's) is that the term "casino reserves the right to withhold any excess ... " means that they will confiscate the winnings if they found odd betting pattern (i.e. hit and run).
