Won $400.
Requested withdrawal.
They said will take 24 hours.
A few hours later got this bogus email back saying:

"As per your request we have removed all your wininnings and your withdrawable balance is now your deposit."

I never requested to have all my winnings removed.
What should I do?

Should I contact Slotastic?
They became abusive to me when I requested a withdrawal.

Slotastic's software provider has a dispute system "CDS" should I do this?

Should I open a PaB?

Or should I do all 3 please help?

I would like to if possible lodge both a PaB and a dispute through the CDS.

Another bogus thing about Slotastic.
I asked them to send a log of all my vp hands I played there.
They sent an email with a log of 50 thousand blackjack hands???
Someone elses blackjack playing records...

Report has been lodged with CDS as per CMs instructions on the PaB page.
Will wait for reply from Casino Rep. in CMs forums for 24 hours before lodging PaB.

Note: Slotastic and its group Jackpot Capital were not listed as CDS casinos at the CDS site although Slotastic carry the CDS logo.

I have decided against following through with this.

Did you take a bonus? If so, what were the terms and conditions of the bonus? What games did you play and were they all allowed?

I have always found slotastic and their group to be very honorable, so I suggest you go on chat and simply inquire as to their reasoning or if waht they did was in error. I have always found them to be very cooperative.

I had second thoughts. If a mod sees this can they delete it please? I understand that it may interfere with the PaB.

I wouldn't worry - I don't think you've said anything out of line yet and I'm sure there wont be a problem with processing your PaB.
Just don't post anything else about the case until it's settled.

AFAIK, they won't delete posts.
As I'm sure you're aware, you should refrain from discussing your issue until the PAB process has run its course.
