You have to take the T&C's from your country. You stated that the limit is 5K . I don't have access to them and only took the stuff from your posts.
The extra withdrawal checks paragraph is part of the T&Cs of every online casino.

The limit is only linked to credit card as payment method.
And the extra withdrawal check is not mentioned in the T&C, only some general extra checks without mention of any delay of withdrawals.
CS should renew its T&C. They also state in their terms that you can play for free in live casino.....of course this is not possible.

One more reason to start forcing casinos to change this methods.

Some casino after pending time even cancel the withdrawals. So it returned to your account. What if I deposit and cancel my deposit which I never did and don't know how. But if someone canceland the deposit the casino would not even blink for a second and they will be chasing the money nonstop.
The OP is from Germany, so he falls under the MGA licence. CasinoSecret does not have a UKGC licence.
So you want to blame the casino for your impatience?
You signed up to their T&Cs, so that is what applies. I am not defending CS, I would never sign up because there are so many better places out there and you should know that. If you need to get paid fast or want a withdrawal lock then use Videoslots, Trada, Rizk, Slots Million or the like.

Don't know to be honest! Some UK casinos have up to 3 days pending, so I assume it is still OK and he would not have a case.
They brought up the "special check" thing or whatever they called it. So no, still no case as the casino is entitled to do extra checks.

This thread is stupid. The OP is completely to blame for reversing. I completely disagree with being able to reverse withdrawals, but while they are allowed to do this then the casino haven't done anything wrong. If the player had used a time out or self exclusion and they allowed him to play, then it would be different, but this is just a case of a player not having the self control to resist playing winnings back, something everyone has done at some point, either pre or post withdrawal.

It's typical the casinos want to do a gamecheck when someone wins 55k, what if someone loses 55k are they as keen and interested to run a gamecheck then?
How often do the gamechecks at 'big win withdrawal time' ever reveal a malfunction, compared to how many times it's requested and how much money is reversed and lost in that 'delay' period. By all means do a 'gamecheck' but the ethical thing would be to lock the withdrawal, or even better, not have a reverse option available in the first place. [like sky vegas]

2. This case would not even get into court, and would have zero publicity.
You need to let it go and stop blaming the casino for something you did.
Yes the t&c may suck, but bottom line is that you was to impatient to wait a few days for this extra check to take place.
Even if there was a chance this could get into court, a thread like this with you making threats about "how public" it will be and how bad it will look for CS would not work in your favor.

Why wont the UKGC do the one thing that could prevent all this shit, ban reversals, no one want them apart from the casinos

When I sent someone some money using back it said 1to3days. After 3 days the person didn't receive the money I rang the bank on fourth day and they said it was a glitch and gave me 25 for incovience . This is because they obey UK law. If the casino wanted they could just add a terms saying we can steal your money and people would say it fair OK? ?. Or bad terms but they are not held responsible
