Yeah, the original had a mistake too with the 'S' in the wrong place so the slot was titled 'Jungle Scat'. Although quite accurate, WMS removed it and still can't get the 'S' right....

The "new" logo, (we assume) looks quite a lot different and the missing 'S'.. I have my suspicions this could be a different game. We will see.

I think Zeus3 is quite high variance buddy...
I played it when it came out and got ganked a few times with bad free spin sessions,hard to trigger also.
But then finally I hit a 25 free spin round & a retrigger which paid me almost 1000x bet.
So yeah I know it can be a monster and had same experiences as you but eventually I started to pay me back.

Yeah it definitely looks that way I've just been playing it.

600 spins and I had a few bonuses and mostly under 5x again.I had 1 bonus re-trigger so 20 spins and that paid £2.72 on a £0.80 bet, I wasn't amused! But all in was just a small loss for the session so cant complaint as I had plenty of play time at least.

I've never been lucky with WMS slots they seem very streaky. Earlier playing Ruby Slippers I had all the scatter characters for the free spins, which is rare. I thought I was was onto a good thing but it only paid around 60xbet.

But i can usually tell what "mood" its in really fast. It can go on long cold streaks and then just BOOOM hit u with a streak of 100x-300x followed by a 500-1000x Mega Win. This has happened to me ALOT! But it can also stay cold for days...

Ive tried Zeus 3 but as you said to me it seams very cold.. It reminds me of Kronos as it has the same feel to it. Ive had the most luck with Ruby Slippers & Wizard of OZ. Also Bruce Lee... Stick with those 3 slots if u wanna chase the really big prices.

Also one thing ive had alot of luck with on WMS slots is when it starts to pay, up the bets if its on a streak it will continue to pay, then if you are lucky you hit the Mega Win on high bets. I feel WMS slots play the same regardless of bet size as to NetEnt and MG that seam to change into a completely different machine if u switch up the betsize.

Played Lunaris and Montezuma.

Lunaris, was utterly boring, dead spin after dead spin for me. Love the way that even a slot with so many win lines, can produce so many non paying spins. Reckon Lunaris, is definitely high variance and Montezuma, mid variance. Will chance Montezuma again, as it showed that there is potential for a few decent wins, if you can get the feature (although I didn't get it), but won't be anywhere near Lunaris again.

My favourite, WMS slot, is still Star of India, my HO HO HO of WMS slots, but so few casinos have this slot, infact I only ever played it at Jackpot Party IIRC.

I have tried both new as well. They both seem interesting. Lunaris gave lot of playtime I like the new feature thing where you get those butterflies which will give a magic(random) symbol on colossal reels. Also triggered free spins couple times but paid out crap. But I am sure expecting a BIG HIT in future on that. Same with Montezuma it sucked me dry really quick, as your balance really goes down quick with not lot of wins, I actually triggered free spins feature on only 2nd spin on this slot. Reason it sucked me dry afterwards as I got frustrated with only around 15x win

But finally had very nice hit at Betsafe on Zeus3 285x bet , I kept upping my bet slowly seem to really work wonders with this slot. If you notice it keeps given smaller wins then bigger wins after it takes you down 3rd of bankroll. Then its time to move up slowly as long it keeps spitting in a big win once and a while....

In this I managed to hit feature and retriggered it as well. I managed 4 stacked wilds on 4 first reels OUCh...... just 2 more would had been a crazy wonder hit!!!!

Montezuma is very boring. Tough to get the feature, and this is a game that you have to get in the feature for the big win's. You really have to get a lot of the games on the 5x & 10x multiplier.

According to Williams, Lunaris (Colossal Reels) is a pretty low variance game while Montezuma (Wheel Bonus) is a more risky slot.

I have posted this heat map before, but may be worth posting again for those who haven't seen it.

I prefer Montezuma over Lunaris. Not a fan of Colossal Reels.

Montezuma is definitely high variance and Lunaris seem to have higher variance then the other Colossal Reel-slots.
