Withdrawls from guts and cashmio don't arrive

I have some problems with the mentioned casinos. I put them in one Thread because the problems are with Withdrawls, that were made on the same day in a timeframe of about ~4 hours. It seems both of them are operated by the same Company (MT Secure Trade). I visited the Live-Chat at guts and also at Cashmio for several times now. First time, I was told to wait for 3 days more. Then I was told to send in a Bank-Statement which I did.

Today I contacted both Casinos again, to ask, if there are news on my Case. Both stated, that I have to provide a statement which includes my Iban and Swift (Surprise Surprise, both are stating exactly the same - My customer number was visible which contains clearly my bank account number).

Since I am at a direct bank which doesn't provides physical bank statements, I have to order a special statement which costs me money.

Everytime I spoke with a service agent, I told them, that I had the same problem with Guts and Cashmio, but I have the feeling they don't really care. Yesterday I saw this Thread https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/nightmare-getting-my-2050-from-cashmio.76724/ where a Member of this Forum also has problems with a Withdrawl which from 6th of December.


case a) guts.com Withdrew on the 6th of December at 18:43 40€

case b) cashmio.com made 2 withdrawls

Nr.1 15:01 100€
Nr.2 16:37 50€

In my opinion there is a fault on their side as this can't be random. I also withdrew in the past from both casinos bigger amounts of money without any problems.

What annoys me is, that I am the one who has to prove, that I don't get the Withdrawl. And I am the one who hast to invest time and efforts.

Update:

I reached in the Bankstatement that I paid 4,9€ for which shows my IBAN and SWIFT 2 days ago. I didn't got a Response, but when I today checked my bank account the Money from cashmio arrived.
Yesterday I reached in the same Bank Statement to guts. I'll edit this Post when the Money from guts arrives!

I do hope you get compensation for your troubles, time and effort spent on this.

Also, they should cover any extra bank statement fees.

I am also glad this has been sorted out. To be fair, cashmio gave me 20 Freespins on starburst after my second conversation with them about this topic without any request from my side. Even though it would be nice to get a better compensation, I'm content with this outcome :)

Another Update:

Today the missing Withdrawl from guts arrived. I send them my more detailed Bank Statement on 23th December. So this Topic can be closed :thumbsup:

Seems like cashmio can handle customers and sort things out. Thanks for posting here how the things were going. Just picked up Cashmio long time ago but now I'll give it a try with real funds. Hope they solve any issues in this amiable manner.
