Hello, do online casinos have the right to deny a withdrawl request but not send you screenshots to show why??? A Canada casino I have been playing at for almost 2 years is denying my $830 withdrawl request claiming that I broke their bonus rule of betting over $10 on a spin. I have no memory doing that at all so I am requesting more verification than just words on a pdf file I was sent. Going to copy and paste what I was sent below:

eventdate date actiontype Game result bet
11/30/2019 12:38:17 AM 11/30/2019 12:38:17 AM Real-Series Video Slots Stardust Loss 20
11/30/2019 12:38:24 AM 11/30/2019 12:38:24 AM Real-Series Video Slots Stardust Loss 20
11/30/2019 12:38:33 AM 11/30/2019 12:38:33 AM Real-Series Video Slots Stardust Loss 20
11/30/2019 12:38:36 AM 11/30/2019 12:38:36 AM Real-Series Video Slots Stardust Loss 20

Now if anybody here has played Stardust before, it is close to impossible to make 2 spins in a 3 second time frame.
I had to make over 40 deposits last year before I finally got it up to $150 to make a withdrawl request. So I put in my money with this casino that's for sure, and to this day have deposited well over 100 times.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a complete fabrication, because if not remembering to raise bets, you'd certainly remember lowering them after. So a bit of a lie on their part it seems.

Plus on most games, unless superhuman and spamming the fast spins in quick succession for hours, it would take longer than 3 seconds to play out any spin, surely......

So I'd be inclined to believe they're rogueing you out of your potential winnings

Clicking max bet by mistake would possibly explain the 20 stake. and you can double click the start and it takes about a second.
Considering the 4 bets all lost though seems a bit harsh to void the full winnings though :(

EH?. There's only one spin that took 3 seconds.

There's 4 spins at double the max bet.

And WTF does this mean?.

I had to make over 40 deposits last year before I finally got it up to $150 to make a withdrawl request.

Bitter much.

What I meant that it took that long just to get my first withdrawl. And each deposit was a minimum of $25.
Now I just got another pdf from this Canadian casino just like the first one I got, ALL TYPED OUT!!!! They won't honor my request of sending me snapshots of my so called $20 bets!

Yep, they denied my entire withdrawl and put a whopping $30 back in my account! And if you have played the game Stardust before, it is extremely hard to get 2 spins in 3 seconds. Mainly cause of when the wild symbol lands, the casino has it designed for seconds to pass honing in on that symbol whether it being a winning spin or not.

Just tried in play money to confirm and I can do spins in less than 1 second each any time a wild or two scatters doesn't land, so you can do 4 or 5 spins in a 5 second period until a wild or something breaks that up and plays its animation.

Also as pointed out above, the maximum bet on this game is $10 at sloto, so I would imagine it's the same at most other places as well, so a $20 bet sounds odd but not completely sure on that.

And regarding the post's question, yes casinos that serve the US tend to be located offshore in central american/caribbean countries and can pretty much do with whatever they want to do, the only thing preventing them from doing so is maintaining a good reputation. I would be surprised if you were actually playing at a casino legitimately run out of Canada that openly takes US players.

So I don't think there's much we can really do with this information, I don't really trust OP or the casino to give us an accurate account of the situation.

But to the OP, this site does offer a player arbitration service, if you actually believe you are in the right you could ask if they are willing to look into your case, though it depends what casino you're using whether or not they will work with the arbitration service. You should check if the casino you're playing at has a representative at the forum you could message as a first step before you do that, but if you're playing at some random third rate scam casino they probably won't have a rep here.

My take is this and I'm sorry OP because it's probably not what you want to hear but I feel that unless youre dealing with absolute scam artists at this casino in which if you were I'm sure it would've made itself manifest a lot sooner to you, but unless you're dealing with total crooks I just dont see a casino pulling out that information from thin air and throwing it at you over 800 some bucks.

You've got 7 seconds then 9 then 3 between spins ,I've played star dust and that's easily plausible.

Not saying 800 bucks isnt a decent take home but like I said if you're dealing with a reputable casino I just dont see them totally making up a strand of bet history just to shyster you outa your winnings .

You been with them 2 years so obviously they're decent enough to have stuck around with.

Just my 2 cents Is all, its easy to maybe forget you're on a bonus and bump it up a few bucks and take a shot. But that's why I personally pass on bonuses and what not ,I want to do whatever with my betting and not have to worry.

You've had your hits at sloto without bonuses? That's pretty impressive, I play without bonuses sometimes but if I'm going to be spinning RTG slots for more than a few minutes I feel like I really need those bonuses to have a chance. RTG casinos in general seem to be designed around those huge bonuses, and I'm like 99% sure the slot rtp %'s reflect that.

Oh absolutely, I never use bonuses. But the thing is while I do well I honestly can't get other games to hit like nova 7s. I mean In the last month I've cashed about 18k out all nova 7s and hits up to 3k at 1.50-2.00 , but I can't seem to ever get other games to do as well.

I find the bonuses to suck, the idea of x30 or so is just obnoxious to me and when I hit I want to have the option to cash on the spot and not be tied to some ridiculous bonus for a few extra dollars that you get.

Ok, for all to know here.....Uptown Aces is the casino I am having this issue with. And even though they are telling me I bet $20 4 times at that game, I HAVE NO MEMORY OF DOING SO CAUSE THAT IS NOT EVER HOW I BET PLAYING WITH REAL MONEY!!!! Making bets like that with play money is no problem but not in the real money world with me. So apparently they offer NO EXCEPTION on making betting mistakes!!!! Why and how they have the right to not send me screenshots of all 4 of the $20 bets to prove it to me, is EXTREMELY hard to grasp!!!

I guess I'm not sure why their history log they sent you consider invalid ? I'm sure they dont have video logs of everyone's slot sessions.

Plus saying you have no memory of doing so, and saying I absolutely didn't are two very different circumstances imo. Saying you have no memory still leaves a small window chance that you might have.

Honestly I just think it's one you're not going to win man , they showed the logs and I think the fact that they're a reputable they wouldnt just outright lie and screw a random person out of 800 bucks and stake their reputation.

I would advise opening up the game while logged into your account and checking what the max bet is, because in play money it's $10 but I'm not sure if that matches real money or your account. If $10 is the max bet, and they're saying you bet $20, you'd have a pretty good case, but that's probably about the only way anyone here could verify your story. Otherwise it's pretty much your word against the casino's.

Uptown Aces I believe is deckmedia/slotocash group, so this person might act as a representative for them or be able to point you in the right direction if not, you could try messaging them. But check the max bet first. I believe this group does have a pretty good reputation on here.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

But you don't seem to have your story straight, you didn't do it or you wouldn't intentionally do it? Very different, and unfortunately, if you violated the terms you may be out of luck - even if done by accident. Some casinos may offer leniency out of goodwill if you violate the bonus terms but they are under no obligation to do so, and many casinos will ABSOLUTELY enforce their terms to the fullest, particularly a max bet violation. I'm not sure if you have a case or not due to them being losing spins instead of winning spins, but like I said you could try contacting the rep.

Georgina, or @Sloto I should use as a tag is who to contact. She might be your best bet.

I think if it were maybe 1 spin at 20 theres a chance but that's a handful of 20 dollar spins, so not lookin so hot imho

As for this group they are pretty solid outside of a few light delays that can happen, they've always got me my checks

The max bet is set by the casino, so it would need someone logged in to check what the max bet is. For example, I just checked on Novibet (uk) and max bet is £100, but, it opens at £2 and if you hit max bet by mistake that increases to £20.

Ok, let me correct what I said earlier cause I'm not trying to deceive anybody. I have no memory of placing them bets. When I said I absolutely didn't is because I don't bet that high when it comes to real cash bets either online or at a land based casino. I don't roll with that type of money to bet that high.

And I truly do appreciate all of the replies I am getting here at Casinomeister....THANKS!!!!
