Well still waiting. At the end of today (Tuesday - it is Wednesday morning my time so that makes it worse
) it will be 12 working days gone. I have contacted Kendra (rep). She was lovely but had about as much success getting information from accounts as I did(which is a bit disturbing). Basically they remained vague and said "it will be paid this week". Simply put, I have heard that before, in fact for the last two weeks.
I would have thought that if someone had been waiting over twice the advertised time (two weeks) that it would be high priority and processed on the first working day of the following week. That does not seem to be the case and I even doubt I will get it this week. Kendra gave me a bonus (as I said she was lovely) but when the casino acts like this it's impossible to trust them.
This was my first (and likely only) withdrawal from them so they really did not show themselves in a trustworthy light at all. If you begin to believe you won't ever get any winnings back why play there. I may as well simply send them all my money and not bother playing. I am very frustrated.
