Withdrawal Times At Casinos

i am waiting on a withdrawal from Vanguard on a free chip, cashed out Nov. 13 and still waiting, this is my first withdrawal from them, so i will need to send in docs, but still waiting on email telling me what docs i need!!!! I went to live support to ask about docs, thinking i can get them sent in early, but all they would tell me was an email will be sent to let me know what docs i need!!
I'm really getting tired of waiting, i will never make a deposit with them again, thats for sure

I understand, I hate waiting. This is my first withdrawal from this casino also, I actually sent my documents in a few days before I attempted to cashout, support verified that they were received on multiple occasions, and I thought I was good to go, and then Monday I was informed that they didn't have documents, so I sent them in again. Again support verified receiving them, now I guess I just wait. I have been in contact with support and the rep here but still having a hard time getting any answers.

Anyway you should get back ahold of support and tell them no email was sent, and request that someone send you the information. Or maybe try to email support, and put ATTN Finance in the subject line. I hope you get things straightened out. Let us know how it turns out.

@dena & mistye, i send always my docs before and don't care, what the support says to me about waiting for this email, because i send always my copy of the passport and a utility bill to the support emailaddress and that was always fine, so i never got any email, which were asking me for any docs

letting you wait for an extra email to sending in docs, is only time wasting, because a withdrawal on tropica and vanguard takes at least 5 business days, so when you've cashed out on the 12th November, you could get it maybe today and for the 13th November cashout on Vanguard you will get it surely not before tommorow, but i've even read, that someone got his withdrawal only after 8 business days, which is much too long and thats for me the reason, why i'll play only in rival casinos, which can pay out quickly, but at least not longer than 2 business days, so i sorted this casinos out

It was my first time at the gamingclub and it will also be my last time. (I have played at other Bellerock casinos before)
According to the livechat you have to wait 24 hours and after that it can take up to 72 hours.
Its also in their T&C
And indeed they dont flush anymore....so I wont be playing anymore at their casinos

That might account for the delay because new players (especially those who take a bonus) are likely subjected to more checks when making a withdrawal from their initial session at a casino.

Agree on the flush thing - that's why I stopped playing there too, but in their defence Belle Rock did treat me well otherwise.

After the 24 hour waiting period at titan. How instant is instant for there payout? I was told via e-mail there's a 24 hour waiting period before the cashout is processed. Just wondering if anyone had this experience lately.

Please add Royal Vegas (Fortune Lounge) to the list as having process payouts within 48-72 business hours. Won $250 on weekend and received payout in Wed. 12/9. Good job!

This Im sure has been done before, but no harm in having a new one, I know Id benefit from it for sure as Im playing the long waiting game with one, for a cashout at one casino.

I think it would be great to know what casinos pay quickly as a reference

Im going to put the ones I know of that I think are acceptable.

I know Louise is on the ball with Cherry, Rushmore, and Slotsoasis, Ive only cashed out from Cherry the once, but she made the process very quick, Oh to have a Louise attached to every casino.
