I won last month at Inetbet.com and i have requested the withdraw. After one or two days, the support staff sent me an email that says:

"Your account is under investigation, we have received fraud warning from Neteller. Our accounts will contact you when they have completed their check."

I don't have any explanation when i contact the support (online) and above all, i haven't problems with NETeller now.

What can I do? Thx

I have sent the pm to Casino Representative and after the answer to me is:

Dear Pietro

We are sorry but Neteller have confirmed you are linked to multiple different accounts within Neteller.
This is strictly against our Terms so accounts will from this time be closing your account.

But i have a single account Neteller !
Why are they doing this??

You have to take that discussion with Neteller because if that is what they have told one casino then it's also what they will tell all casinos that you are playing at.
If they come back to you and tell you that that is not something they have told any casino then you'll have that in writing and can make a PAB about your case here. First you have to go through Neteller though to clear your name.

ps. Having an account linked to other accounts is not the same as you having more than one account at Neteller. It's about being in a ring of fraudsters helping each other.

They didn't say that you had more than one account - but that you are linked to others. Fraud groups can gang together to take advantage of casinos - this is probably what they are saying here.

If you are NOT part of such a gang, then you could do a PAB and Max will investigate on behalf of Casinomeister: Click on "Player Arbitration FAQ" in the red menu bar at the top of the forum.
If you ARE part of such a gang - don't bother. You will get found out and be banned from the forum for time-wasting.

Is that so smart to start with a PAB? Max can't talk to Neteller as far as I know, which mean he will only see the proof they sent to the casino. I still say turn to Neteller first or your problems will remain.
If you're guilty though then it's another thing.

Thx to all for the answers. How do i contact Neteller? There is a FAQ Area but not a customer care or online support...

If i left my neteller credentials to Max, would you be able to do something?

Try help@neteller.com or go to their Facebook page and send them a private message there.
I doubt as I said that Max can contact them for you, but I'll report this thread so he'll see it and can advice you what you should do.

That was good news so I'm happy for you:thumbsup:

I hope there won't be any problems with Neteller in the future and that it was just a mistake.
