Hi chaps, forgive my confusion but I have won a little on Casino Cruise ... thank tou. However I made my deposits from a credit card and when I attempt to make a withdrawal the only option I seem to get asks for the following questions: A/c holding branch (I only bank online so have no branch) - Bank code/sort code (is this my account sort code)? IBAN .... what is that .... and SWIFT ... what is that ?

Why I can't get the money back to my c/card or to my bank account I don't know ... anyway, any help or advice will be very welcome.

Many thanks

Roger

Some online casinos do not allow withdrawal back to a credit card. The first option they will offer you is bank transfer.

The details they have asked for can all be found via online banking such as IBAN/SWIFT. If you cannot locate them, telephone your bank and they will provide you with them straight away.

To find your holding branch, search here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
(replace XXXXXX with your 6 digit sort code)

Make sure you double check the numbers and letters of both IBAN and SWIFT when you submit them to the casino as if they are wrong, it will cause a significant delay in receiving your money

Many Mastercards cannot receive casino withdrawals. UK ones can, but an non-UK casino may simply ignore all Mastercards.
Visa should be OK though.
Anyway, do as Nicola says and you'll be OK. It'll take 2-3 days to turn up once they've sent it.

Thank you both ... I've never used IBAN etc before so I was a little bemused but have now set it up (I think) - we will see .....
