I've been a Trada player for almost a year now because of CM(thank you). It's a great site until the recent changes(no lock feature, )Made a withdrawal today, Friday December 6th @3:14PM EST(Toronto) for $900. Let the countdown begin....

sir
report back at 15:14 EST on Monday that's yer 48 hours unless weekends donna count...…..

Also I hope you were not waiting for any kind of promotion reward as having a withdrawal will cancel anything you might have had coming, and no reversing the withdrawal means you still won't get it. IE deposit 50 wager 50 get 50 free spins, your not getting them now.

Nope. I learned my lesson! Never again lol.

I've had a player complaint on another forum where Trada's finance dept. isn't willing to process her withdrawal to Skrill and insists she submits her bank details. The player does not want to do that. She deposited in the past via Skrill and according to Trada's policy, subsequent withdrawals can be paid into Skrill.

Unfortunately, the casino reps have not been helpful so far, and as far as I know, her cashout is still pending, it's almost two weeks now. I fear that more complaints will be coming.

Oh no :(.
But this is how my situation went down.
A week after the changes, I deposited $50, just to get a feel. And of course I lost that. Then a week later I made another deposit of $200. I played baccarat and doubled my money. So i tried to cash out using a Bank Transfer. Sure enough things got complicated, clicked on CS, she asked for my bank details, didn't get ask for any ID's, and 30 mins later she said "ok you can withdraw now."
Long story short, I ended up losing everything ($400), after waiting for 24 hours. 24 freaking hours! Lol.
But this time I'm going to wait it out.
And I hope my situation is different from that other complainant. Still crossing my finger

You should be good QueenofAces as the CSR said that you can withdraw and they have your bank details. But I hope they don't come back later with a KYC request, which will extend the pending period even more. It's better to get verified before depositing.

I hope Conor can tune in...

We're unaware of any such issue? Where are you hearing about this?

I really do hope so lol. I will keep you guys posted.

Dont worry @QueenOfAces , if the CS team has already stated you're fully verified for withdrawals I imagine they won't need to ask for further docs.

If any issues arise, please dont hesitate to drop me a PM.

Just wanted to let you guys know I cancelled the 1k pending withdrawal, don't worry, I'm not playing it lol. If they process the $900 by Monday, I will withdraw the rest. Really hoping for good news.

And what about my other comment Conor about the withdrawal not being processed to Skrill whereas Trada's policy allows this option when a player has made previous deposits with Skrill?

I can't comment specifically on this members case as I have no way of knowing who they are, but generally, a withdrawal will always be paid back to the most recent method used to deposit or the method in which the funds that were used to win originated from.

And again this isnt always the case as in some situations it isnt possible to pay back to a previous method, like if the deposit was prior migration and no skrill deposits had been made since.

@QueenOfAces , if you have only ever deposited with Skrill or your most recent deposit was with Skrill and you're still being advised to use another withdrawal method, please drop me a PM with your registered email address.

Hi Connor, I think that's a different situation than mine and maybe a different thread?
The only methods I have used with my account was Interac Email Transfer and Paysafecard and Bank Transfer for withdrawal.

As for the December 6th, 3:14PM EST withdrawal, it still under pending. If it hasn't been processed by Monday, I will drop you a PM @connor. Thank you

I too made my first-ever withdrawal at Trada just the other day, just my luck that they'd be migrating platforms to a supposedly nefarious owner in the form of 'Aspire'

Well I'll be damned if I didn't get paid hunky dory and without issue, cheers indeed. Huzzah!

According to Trada's withdrawal policy, payments can be processed to Skrill if a deposit has been made using this method in the past. You are telling me that this has now changed, could you point me to the rule in question?

As I mentioned, the casino rep (Rachel) at another forum stopped responding to our emails regarding this player complaint. Has Rachel left Trada or is there another reason?

I don't know if its different outside the UK but our terms state

HOW THE CASH OUT PROCESS WORKS
Cash outs will be credited to your original deposit method to which the cash out relates, unless otherwise offered by us.
