I just made my first withdrawal from Bovada casino. $15,000. Just wondering if anyone has ever cashed out here and whats the process and time frame? I read anything over $9500 has to be sent in 2 installments, the second will be 3 days after the first? I deposited using btc and so I'm cashing out to my btc wallet. If anyone who has cashed out here before that can please share their experience I'd appreciate it.

I have! I play all bovada and slots.lv and both cashout usually within 2-3 days. They are legit. I have a couple of friends that did the installments on large amounts and it worked out. You can also cash them out in other crypto. I use several different crypto wallets personally.
