Withdrawal and wagering problem at Bellfruitcasino

Hi,

I will try and make this as clear as possible allthough for me i find it very confusing and have never come across anything like this before..

I got an email off Bellfruitcasino who i have been a member with your years , They were offering a 100% upto £25 so i decided to ake a deposit of £25 ,

So i have £50 funds in total , I think my lowest running balance was about £20 so i dipped into the bonus funds .

I played for a couple of days easily passing the £875 wagering requirement and went to make a withdrawal , It would not let me and said the wagering was not fulfilled , I check in my account to see the bonus wagering and it says i have wagered £59 , I had been playing for days on only the video slots that were valid to play .

I try playing a few spins on various slots to see if my wagering requirement changes and it does not , No matter what slot it simply will not move ...

I contact support via email (they have no live help) , And they tell me only REAL money is elligible to decrease wagering requirements ... , I can't understand this as i made a real money deposit , Played for real money spins , On only legal games and easily surpassed the wagering.

They then go onto explain that once my original cash £25 had been lost and i moved into the bonus £25 this was then BONUS money i was playing with and bonus money does not count towards wagering , So i had played probabaly over 1k worth of spins getting upto a balance of £400 and the wagering had not got down even £1

So they are now telling me that i will need to deposit perhaps many many more times to try and get through the remaining wagering of approx £825 using only cash deposits if i want to free up the £400 i thought i had won ..

I have never come across anything like this before , I have played with Bellfruit for a long time and never had this problem before .

In my eyes this is simply not bonus money , Its like FUN money as it has absolutely no value to me , Even though i made a cash deposit to get it and wagered over the required amount , Technically i could make another £400 worth of cash deposits and still not get through the wagering and be down £425 in total when i thought i was in profit by £375 .

Sorry if this is not clear or a bit of an anthology haha , I do have emails of the bonus offer and replies from there support i can post if required .

I would really like to know your guys opinion on this as in all my years gaming this completely new to me and seems very very snidey , I dont even know if its in their terms and conditions as its to hard to understand when explained and nothing like i have ever been aware of before .

Thanks

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

Also as a quick follow up , I only have 4 days left of the 7 given to make remaining wagering of £825 and i dont have a spare 200-400GBP it may take to get through this playthrough so i am essentially going to get nothing and be down £25 from my original deposit ..

This is not the only casino to have such a rule. Very similar at Royal Panda I believe.

While we can indeed have bad sessions, I think that $400 is enough to risk a few more deposits to try and meet the wagering. I'd check with the casino if there are any time limits on bonuses expiring. Stick to smaller bets, make sure you re-read all the terms, and best of luck to you.

The only problem is i only have 4 days left to make that wagering before it expires ( i checked on Royalpanda and it is indeed similar but they give you 90 days rather than 7 )
And as they are all Novomatic slots the variance is all over the place and on a bad day i could easily lose £300 trying to make that wagering and that aside i reallt don't have that much spare money to try and make it through ..

Another annoying thing is that this is a new bonus system for them and i received no email as a long time member explaining this , I was just taking the same usuall bonus that i have always taken there , There was no notification of the rule change or even mantion of the new terms in the promo offer ..

Under the old terms i would have already withdrawn £400 and under these new ones i am going to lose £25

This is nasty. A 'sticky' bonus which stays in place across multiple deposits. Me no like. Mind you, it doesn't surprise me having experienced their scam of an affiliate program so let's hope you can forfeit these bonuses, that'd be the only plus of their system. In your case though given the 400, as JB said the math is in your favour to redeposit and meet the WR and cash at least some of this figure out. You need about 810 in real-money bets so at an average return of -0.05 per spin it should cost you a deposit of £40.50 to meet WR. Even depositing £100 if necessary. I would go for it and use their lowest-volatility slots, drip feed deposits of say £20 a time so you don't pay more than necessary to w/d. Remember this is a big EV+ in your favour, and you will make some cash profit on your initial £25.

I will try and give it a go but it is worrying that i could potentially lose another hundred or more and not reach wagering ,

They only have Novomatic which we all know can have hour long sessions at like 40%rtp , I'm not really sure i know what the safer slots are to play as they all seem pretty volatile and i'm not sure how long it would take in terms of spin time playing 0.20 a spin to reach WR .

I don't think i will be playing here again so this will be my last hurrah with them and hopefuly now some of you guys will be made aware of this thread you can also not take up there bonus "offers" anymore either .

Really dissapointed as they had the best selection of novo slots for uk players and you could deposit and be paid via paypal which was extremely fast

Any suggestions for what Novo slot i should go for and at what stake to try and get through this then haha ?

I will keep you updated on how it goes ..

FFS avoid Book Of Ra and Power Stars!

Luckily for you I have access to Novo volatility categories for their games and these are the lowest volatility ones:

Win Wizards, Pure Jewels, Ninja's Path, Monkey's Millions, Lava Loot, Fruit Drops, Fruit Fortune and 4-Reel King.

I would simply play 4-Reel Kings on £1 a spin as nearly every other spin pays a small win of 0.4-2x.

Bugs 'n Bees and Columbus have very high RTP's of around 97% so I've a feeling they may be excluded slots.

Thanks for the advice ,

From what i can tell Colombus should be ok to play allthough this is another one of the problems with this site ,
They say bonus money can only be used on selected games , But then do not provide either a list of allowed or excluded slots , I know Jackpot slots do not count towards wagering but i am assuming only them as there is nothing else stated anywhere about banned games , Plus if i deposit again am i playing with Bonus funds still or REAL cash haha

I get the impression from playing Novo , You either get 40% payout or like 300% payout , I really dont have the money to do a £1 spin at the minute , Its a bit risky so i think ill maybe try at 0.40 and just plod on and hopefuly get a fair RTP session .

I'll keep you updated , Thanks again for all the help

You will then be playing with cash again, which mean that if you hit really high fast then you can just skip the bonus and withdraw all cash you have. Or you keep wagering the bonus and be sure you'll win even more.
I like this kind of bonus system. It's sad that Royal Panda don't have so many games that I play, so maybe I will try this place instead :)

Hi,

I don't really have any answers but have a similar issue with them.

They gave me £75 bonus for my birthday and I had 2p in my account. Obviously it said I had only staked 2p after hours of play, I tried to get them to explain but didn't really understand!

If i have to deposit loads to receive a "bonus" then it's not one in my opinion!

I really like the site but this has put a bad taste in my mouth.

Lou

Why? It's ridiculous in that it acts as an enticement to deposit irresponsibly as we have seen here. Hopefully the OP will just drip-feed in small deposits of cash until he hits his wagering as he has 400 sitting there with only 800-ish cash wagering required. It's far worse than the Nektan one people were moaning about in that other thread. He has essentially got to make X amount of cash deposits in order to convert a fixed amount of bonus funds. Luckily in this case given that he has 400 of bonus he's on a big EV+ proposition.

It's the same as RoyalPanda have. I haven't seen you complaining in their threads. (Now I haven't read more that what has been said in this thread, so I can of course be wrong).

You don't have to play the bonus, but if you lose your cash you can try to make the bonus amount as high as possible. You still just have to wager the first bonus amount.
It would be ridiculous to try and wager for a low amount though.

Indeed, that's what I was getting at. It's a trap for the unwary.

That's true. Noone should accept a bonus if they don't know the rules. Ever.

These days there are so many different rules, restrictions and traps, that you have to be sure how it works.
Read the rules, ask if they are not clear enough, and if you still don't get it then don't take it.

Just so you guys know , i was aware of the bonus terms as i have played here for many years but some time in the last month they changed them without any notice or email , No message to accept the new terms etc .. Plus no mention of the new terms in the promotional emails

As i said earlier if i had made this same deposit as little as 3 weeks ago i would have already withdrawn the £400 , this is the first deposit i have made there since the unknown changes and i got stung first time around which i guess is a blessing in disguise as i wont be playing there again

Ok im making my first deposit and going balls deep on Columbus , If i can clear WR losing just £100 then i'll be happy , I don't know what rtp that would make my session , pretty bad i guess but start from the ground up haha

Wish me luck

With a £100 you'd need a temp RTP of about 87% to meet 810 WR on that deposit until it busts.

Bellfruits where new to me and about 10 days ago I took the 100% bonus. Their live chat told me that they had recently changed their bonus structure, but I find it deceptive of them to not inform players that their rules on bonuses had fundimentally changed.
I got lucky and made a very nice cash out which was paid promptly.
If you still have £400 with a total of £800 or so wagering then that is a good prospect for clearing with a profit IMO using the games like Dunover has suggested

It applies to free spins winnings as well? Imagine if u win 100 bucks from free spins but u need to deposit and play with real cash to wager.:what:

But before you decide to see if it's worth it, you will try to make that 100 to be maybe 1500 first. Then it's worth it. Otherwise I would never even bother trying :)
It's still the same wagering on just the 100.

if you lost the initial £25, then consider everything lost.

The rest, "random" (my ass!) wins up to 100's, stress marketing (time limit), restrictive conditions on withdrawal, and deposit more moves is just to increase players addiction and get him to deposit (=lose) more.

My advise : play max allowed bet until you bust. Maybe (lol!) you'll met the WR in the 0-25 balance range.

Self-exclude. Nothing will piss them off more.

Tonybet have the same system. During the Summer they offered free spins during each game of the Euro football championships. A number of times I won a small amount on those spins, wagered them up to somewhere near to the full wagering requirements and made a withdrawal. The other times I refused to take the risk. It was quite profitable :p

That is a really rubbish rule. "make the player deposit more to withdraw"...whoever come out with this idea, he is really clever.

It's not just about depositing a few hundred more. It's kinda psychology thing they are using.

When people hit "withdraw button", their mind is all set to stop playing for a while. But when the player deposit more, their "let's stop and withdraw" thought could disappear.

Let's say somebody has $800 in the account and deposit 400 more for wagering which makes the balance 1200, when the balance drop to 900 and all the wagering finish, many player will think about 300 really cash they lost and keep playing instead of thinking about hitting withdrawal button.

It's another tactic from a casino like "pending period".

If I were you OP, I would close my account there.

Not always the same system mate. The free fiver monthly (unless tc changed within past 2 months) wager begins instantly. Ive withdrew rwice from it. Found out to my suprise when i noticed a decent balance had turned to cash once i went to deposit, so didnt have to) not sure on the sub (dont seem to see reloads offered lol so ill just say sub)... but i got a feeling that all bets may contribute on that. Though indeed, the freespins require real cash deposits to meet wagering.
Those fs on football championscup game were indeed a fair offer. Won a fair few £10-£20 balances off them.
was fooking around on the low stakes cash poker cash games there last week, very soft players but also very few, being that fat tony is a famous (and annoying) poker player its a lil suprising.
