Withdraw to Entropay Visa card ?

Hello,

I have a made deposit using the Entropay Virtual Visa card at an online casino and now I have come to the point where I would like to withdraw money from the casino but the only option offered to me is cashout to the same card used for my deposit, can anyone experienced with Entropay tell me if it is possible for a merchant to credit an amount higher than the original deposit to an Entropay Visa card just like a normal Visa card ?

I received a reply from Entropay support regarding this issue:

We apologise for the inconvenience however for withdrawal of winnings you must contact
the gaming site in question and arrange alternative means of withdrawal as we are unable
to process refunds in the amounts larger then the original deposit.
