    Hello i made a week ago a withdraw from platinum play 200 euros i had met all the wagering and stuf so it should be no problem.

    Today i want to login on my acount to check withdraw status.
    My acount is locked so i go to live chat and they can't give me the reason but my money is conviscated
    thats the only thing they tell me and i did nothing wrong in my opinion can somebody help me ?

    It is very important to stop posting until you receive a reply, keeping in mind it is the weekend in many parts of the world.

    In my experience, FL would not take such a step as you described without very good reason, like having more than one account or ID fraud etc.

    I am sure that i don't have 2 acounts and i did not even send an id card so i can't made fraud with that.
    But the strange thing is they don't wanna tell me the reason when i should have acounts i am sure they would like to say you have 2 acounts your own mistake but when they don't want to give a reason i call them thiefs untill they give me a verry good reason
