Wire transfer request

    On last Thursday May 23rd. I made a wire transfer request as I though it will be faster and safier to receive money.

    On last Thursday May 30th ( Of course ) I asked when I will receive my winning.

    I received quickly this answer:

    Hello XXXX

    We are currently processing your winnings for payment. We will let you know as soon as your winnings are dispatched.

    Please note we do not need any additional information from you.

    Please feel free to call our 24 hour help desk at 1-888-XXX-XXXX, or 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX collect for further queries.

    Since from this I had no more news. I will contact this site again shortly. But I have a question:

    Is it normal to wait about 2 week or more before receiving a wire transfer???

    1 day too late!!! :)


    Everything is fine. I just received my money in my bank account today. I did not receive any e-mail confirming the transfer. That why I was anxious.
