Anyone had problems with wins.io or winz.io rejecting withdrawals even after doing 10 or more in last couple of months amd spending avg 80aud a day for 4 month's @Winz.io casino

I've let the rep know and passed on a link amd screenshot to the casino

No I don't have a beef with the casino, why would I if I'm verified piured in thousands withdrawn over 10 times then they reject with drawal on not verified bases.

So yes I believe I've followed your rules

Winz have said it is sorted but clarification on the said document required to withdrawal from now on is not clear. Juri you've done well I just don't gave the emails confirmation of approved. This is normal practice at winz an email comes once approved.

Don’t know if you’re confusing Winz with another casino, but they’re by far the fastest when it comes to KYC and withdrawals in my experience. My KYC was done in 5 mins in the middle of the night where the Customer Service rep guided me through it, and withdrawals are super quick no matter the amount.

My KYC was done in 5 mins in the middle of the night where the Customer Service rep guided me through it, and withdrawals are super quick no matter the amount.

I'm verified long ago but this will sort itself out. I am loyal and only play winz so I hope the internal problems sort it.

Hey juri I've provided the updated document and as I've said publicly I'm loyal to the casino and every withdrawal has eventually eventuated. I appreciate things go haywire it was just the randomness on chat that I was NOT A VERIFIED PLAYER BUT I AM. As we have spoken about that was a mistake amd you kindly gave me 200 fs. I have checked this case with our support agents and they are already checking for the decline reason with the payment provider.

In such cases, the best thing to do is to contact our live chat and check what happened exactly as there is always a possibility that something broke up because of technical reasons.
