I am not sure if you had any negative experiences with the verification procedure in Winz.io casino, but can you please specify what happened and PM me with your email address that has been used here, so I can check for more details?

Usually, there might be issues with low-quality or outdated documents, but in general, the KYC procedure is a normal thing for any casino, and we don't have any complaints that we have not accepted any document that had no issue.

How do I know your statement "at stall sites" is true if you don't let the rep look at it? I have played at winz and had no issues with my documents. the utility's and bank statement was PDF and my license pictures are close up and showing all four corners and is straight. I have done cashouts using "E-transfer" and they have been fast for me.

It also sounds to me like newton0038 has never played here and only has "heresay" to go by. It is like for example... Getting an issue at "N1 casino" and when @maxd says make a PAB, you say

How do you know? Answer: You don't know until the PAB is done. Same thing with the rep trying to help!

Winz stalling?

Like most casinos, if you win 50k and think they enjoy this situation, you are wrong. I'm pretty sure they would be in the top 3 curacao liscended casino that would pay you the fastest though. Especially if you are a regular there.

To be fair, they always paid me in minutes. Docs were never a problem there. Far from that.
