Mate I just commented - But you do need to work on what your trying to say - I know English is not your first language - I would suggest explain a diff way as that other way does not make sense

I can confirm that there was this issue in the past and it has been already reviewed on another affiliate website (not sure if I can share link to other affiliate website, so I am checking this with @LadyJelena )

In a few words - we have tried different options to process it and even have paid a 100 euro fee for getting these 20 euros transferred to the player bank, but seems that funds were probably stuck somewhere between. As the last alternative option, we have offered to use any crypto to avoid further difficulties, but the player has refused to register a crypto wallet.

Maybe Ask your bank do they accept money from casinos ?

Calm down :) They allready answered you that withdrawal is stuck somewhere.. it takes time to trace it, so be patitent.

As curremon mentioned, I wouldnt much fuss; transactions get stuck, it's a thing, it happens, and the rep is here a fair bit so I'd imagine it will get sorted
I'd say, sit on your heels for 5 days then elevate it in PM to the rep if no resolution
If nothing after 7 days, there's forum options to sort it out :)

the rep is as probably as informed - or as in the dark - as you are right now. Generally speaking, these stuck issues tend to right themselves in a week :)

Actually, this withdrawal has been approved and processed on our side around 3 months ago, so I doubt that funds will finally arrive during the next few days.

On our side, we did everything we could, as we have tried different options to send funds to his bank account and as you see we have even overpaid a fee x5 times bigger than the actual withdrawal amount to solve this issue. We have confirmation that funds were sent, but unfortunately, they are stuck outside of our vision and there is not much else we can do unless the player will register any crypto wallet where funds will be sent in a matter of a few minutes.
