Resolved Wintingo payout problem

Ok so when i dont get real answer from wintingo i ask here. Here is short what is situation.

-made 400€ withdraw sunday.
-have uploaded and send all documents three different places monday morning. Same documents have over 100 casinos accepted without problems.
-send more documents on tuesday

-now withdraw comes back to my account and have to wait again 48hours pending.
-support leave several times from chat when i try to solve problems since no one answers emails.
-every day got same answer, you have to wait 24-48hours more.
-is this just delaying that i play back my withdraw?

Anyone else same problem?
I havent break any t&c
Support says that have to review document over four days??

The reps account is dormant so I'll report this thread so maybe Bryan can chase them up.

I have time and not gonna play back my winnings.
Optibet and betfinal accept same documents monday without problems and paid allready winnings :D

Ok, now there is this message on withdraw "Batched"
This means that its paid or not??

E: now there is again "Waiting for player response"
Dont know what response they wait, everything sented and no one havent send me email.

I think you will find it will be paid now

I have not used them for many years but the things I did not like about then was waiting for a withdrawal to be processed and their customer support . It almost sounded like and felt like it was one chap in a grubby office somewhere who processed stuff when and if he felt like it. Sometimes the phone would just ring out !

That said , they always paid me and once when I reversed totally in error , they actually processed it immediately when I phoned.

I left them in the end as I always felt uneasy.

Ok so now support says that i need to send documents :D
And when i say several times that they are sended 3 places and also extra documents as request.
Then he start to lie that its not my card :D
I find that deposit on my bank account with that same card number what i send them many times.
It was Digimedia SC if i remember right.
So i have send all documents,no breaking rules and i have proof from payment in that casino with that same card witch i have send pictures.

I have that last conversation on screenshots on my phone.

E: lol, always different person on chat or name generator and same person :D over ten different names :)

It takes only ~8 days.
Dont know why really, since i see that everything was ok.
Hope i see moneys on my bank account also

Just wondering can anyone help in here with this place since its on "Accredid" section casino?

I went to check again that my withdraw is still approved.
What a surprise when i see that its cancelled after approving it.
Support not knowing as usually and i got weird answers.
I have to go mental hospital after this case really :eek2:
They decide to reverse 200€ after approving my withdraw and
i cant get answer why it happened this time really...

Don't know if i should be laughing or be really mad.

I've heard and seen a lot of things when casinos try to avoid payment but this one takes the biscuit. TEST withdrawal, my *ss :rolleyes:

Is this really an accredited casino? The guy in the chat seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing.

Again, make sure you get that money and then run fast. That kind of place should not be listed here. Why are they?

Accredited with a 8.3 score, probably because they are licensed by IoM.

Strange payout times, no payments Fri and Sat but yes on Sundays. 4K limit/week is a bummer as well. :rolleyes:

Wouldn't touch them though when i see all those payment ifs and whens in the review. :eek:

Yeah, testing my nerves too at same time..
Just stay put if you are not desperate for the dosh. With this kind of casinos you have to play along their "spiel". I am pretty sure they will pay all in the end but will try a few more tricks to have you play it back. :eek:

They make such a drama for 1K, imagine what they will do for 10K. :confused: :rolleyes:

Neither would I and never have.

I reported this thread a second time too now. I belive they should be checked up again, and especially get a rep in here...or get lost.

Edit: No IOM license. It's MGA.

I see that my this morning 200€ withdraw is also "approved" without 48hours pendingtime.
I will wait couple days more and inform here if i get moneys in my bank account until i do any complaints.

E: Hope that it wont be cancelled again end of day..

E2: Got email from wintingo viphost and confirm that yesterday and today withdraws has paid, so now just wait when they come to me.

Ok, first 200€ arrived on my bank account and i believe that 200€ arrives tomorrow. So im fine with this case.
Long time and weird explanations, but im satisfied.
