Please note that we had a planned migration scheduled for the 3rd June and all players were informed in advance.
Because you had opened your account the day before (2nd June) its simply bad timing, something very difficult for us to avoid. All existing balances were transfered to Allslots and your existing account was also created at the new Wintingo.

Please PM me your Wintingo username so i can also investigate this with our customer support team.

Really,

You were taking new registrations hours before the move:confused:

This is carelessness on your part, and you let yourselves in for any bad PR over disappearing balances.

New player registrations should have been locked down as soon as you had decided to ditch the MGS software, and players asked to register with the new site and software when it was live, or if they preferred, register an All Slots account.

Since there was no way you could properly deal with players registering so close to the deadline, you should have suspended the service.

If this player had not known via this forum, you could have had a serious PR setback because this player would be seeking help over the arbitrary confiscation of his balance, and the "brush off" treatment from CS.

I would say you DO have to be reviewed again for accreditation under the new software and company structure, but this could be an "express" process, rather than having to start from scratch and serve 60 days in the "fire".

Well I'll tell you one thing.....the change of software will ensure wintingo never succeeds. It is positively awful.

Apart from the min bet on the few 20/25 line slots is $2/2.50, the majority of the games are actually 5 scratchcards lumped together with terrible payouts.

I will be most surprised if anyone posts here saying how great the games are. Why they changed to such 4th rate software is beyond me.

If you don't believe me, check it out in fun mode and come back and tell me.

100 % agree. The software is diabolical. So bad in fact that the software and any casino who uses it should be automatically disqualified from becoming an accredited casino at this site. Wintingo management must be on drugs or suffering a mental breakdown. Poor sods!

Why did I not see this thread! I was looking at MG casinos on the accredited section for somewhere new to play and noticed Wintingo. I was sure I had registered there a few months ago during the baptism of fire phase.

I pressed the link to wintingo and tried to log in but it couldnt recognise my details. So I tried chat and they told me my details were not in the system and to re-register.So I did and deposited only to find some unknown crap on the games page.

My fault I should have noticed but the site felt exactly the same as when it was MG.Luckily it was only a small deposit.

hmmm well thats funny because my account has been passed onto allslots or whatever they are after noticing they have a 48hr pending & weekends not included , is that the normal with them now?, they used to be fast before

Honestly, just try some of the slots in play mode, and ask yourself why ANY operator would choose this software over all others. It's ludicrous.

I give them 3-6 months tops. Why don't they ASK players before they do stuff like this, or at least do some research??

Overall I don't think the site is too bad aesthetically, everything looks and sounds alright and seems to work OK - I don't think it'll give the sound & light designers at Microgaming any sleepless nights, but it's competent IMO.

The minimum stakes are far too high on the slots, and yes a lot of them are just glorified 'multi line scratchcards' but then again what is any video slot, at the end of the day?

Can't see it attracting a deposit from me, but it's not a total non-starter either.

They do need a hook though, advertising their games as 95% RTP when I can play far better games at established and trusted casinos elsewhere with better payouts isn't going to draw the punters in.

The minimum spin on the Fish n Chip slot was £2.50 my £50 balance was away in a few minutes, not good.
Does anybody know what the world symbol is on the of the main page? I think it may be the number of online players. Well if it is there was only 3!

Surely you're not really saying that 5 scratchcards in a row made to look like a slot is the same, or even nearly the same, as a slot?

The actual site is OK, but I'm not playing the site, I'm playing the games, and the games are not even close to competent IMO.

I also think that listing those scratchcard things as slots is misleading, and probably done to cover the fact that they hardly have any actual slots.

Probably a much cheaper license than microgaming.
I kinda like the pariplay software, but just as a scratch card brand.. And listing it as a Casino is indeed BS.
There's only 2 other scratch software platforms out there, so not a lot to compare with either.

Well they're both just a grandiose dice rolling simulator at the end of the day.

10) PRESS START TRIGGER RANDOM EVENT FROM A TABLE OF RESULTS
20) GOTO 10

We're just used to slots dressing it all up a bit more.

This takes me back, Chopley, I'm guessing you are 30-34 and also had a Spectrum?

If not, just me then lol.

Not far off, I'm 38 :D

And yes, I have very fond memories of ZX Spectrums and Commodore 64s and Granny's Garden on the BBC Micro :)

(I must confess though, I always preferred the C64 as it did such awesome music.)

I had an Atari 400, but started out when Reading University got an interactive terminal based computer half way through my degree course. Naturally, students took an interest, and made good use of the facilities. The result was a library of games along with two competing software suites designed to deliver the games to students "under the radar" despite the best attempts of the university authorities to stamp them out:D

If anything, modern computer users know LESS about the actual machines than the pioneers who encountered them in the late 1970's and 1980's. This is when the big companies like Microsoft were born. Small groups of nerdy students messing about with early computers, often in the face of their elders telling them to refrain and get on with "proper work".

The tinkerers are still around, hence all the malware, as well as numerous free applications to fight it, and "tweak" our modern systems. They also brought the scourge of big companies, the persistent P2P file sharing networks that are fought with a vigour to match that of the US fight against online casinos.

The university lost the war against the games, and the big companies are losing the P2P war, and the US government have found themselves entrenched in a long battle with offshore operators.

Just got back from Torquay, where last night I enjoyed a night time view akin to being on the S.Carolina coast with a hurricane coming in, fronds bending in the storm and sheets of warm rain lashing down.
I am over 40 and remember having had the first one ever, the white ZX80. A whopping 16kb of memory, the 10 PRINT "BOLLOCKS" 20 GOTO 10 was of course my first program so my mum could tut at it on the spare black and white telly.
I then did a 'bar chart plotter' program which was about as good as it got.
I had the zx81 whereby I enjoyed games that literally 'ran out' when you collected all the trophies etc.
The C64 - classic Turrican and the burgers one where you were chased by the sausage and egg while you made the layers of the burger bun up while listening to a tinny MacDonalds tune. My dad brought home one day a 'Turbo' program from the air base and thereafter if you loaded this 'turbo' which took 30 secs then your game would load after off the cassette in a max of 3 minutes, as opposed to 10-20 minutes games normally took in the early days.
Shame I chucked them all as worth a few quid now.

Oh, back on the subject - I'm afraid I'll have to use 'execrable' again lol.... The games are like comparing Poundland with M&S, and had I written them on the ZX80, I would have spent the rest of the afternoon wondering what to do with the remaining 15kb of memory.

I registered at Wintingo to have a go with the £5 NDB and have been receiving emails from them ever since.

They appear to have changed the SUB in the players favour, last time I checked it was a 100% match-up to a maximum of £200 with a 20xD+B WR, which is pretty sucky and of course I ignored it.

Had another look today after receiving the latest email from them, and now it's a 20xB WR, which is a massive improvement in the players favour.

On top of that, the second bonus is a 200% bonus up to a maximum of £200, and appears to have the same WR, which is actually EV+ for the player, and quite generously so.

They're licensed here on the Isle of Man so I wouldn't have any concerns with depositing there (the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission are actually based just down the road from where I work :D), even if chunks of their website appears to have been written by someone who has English as their second language. Some of the clangers on there wouldn't have got through a bog-standard spellchecker so god knows what's going on with their copy quality control.

How do I receive my bonus?

Contact customer support and request what bonuses your eligable to receive.

I seriously think the software is somehow rigged. The payout % must be right, but you rarely get any big wins , 3x 5x 10x 20x maybe, but thats about it. Have played almost every game on it alot in fun mode. Anyone have similar experiences?

Well that's like any slot machine TBH.

Get your player logs for any extended slot session and see how wins of more than 10x or 20x stake you get - not many!

I agree. An "interesting" feature of the software is that if you play less than max lines on their so-called slots, you'll hit a big 5 of a kind on the lines you're not playing quite frequently.

It's not a random software, thats' for sure.

Chops.....avoid them like the plague.

A casino that can't be arsed to spellcheck or grammar check their website is a big red flag.

The games are just awful, and they appear to be incredibly low variance which means you will almost never get ahead. When a casino reduces their WR by half after a software change, it should tell you something.

It's the worst software I've seen in years.
