Hi everybody!

So here is my story, I have won some money @ drueckglueck.com while playing their online roulette and slots.

The casino seems nice and customer support responds very quickly.

But fue to the fact that I won more then the monthly withdraw limit they have, I am having some toughts and questions to those who have been there before.

I have talked to their rep Krystal here and they did an exception and paid me about 1,5 x monthly maximum as per T&C for my first win.

But then luck stroke again and...

I saw that they have progressive withdrawal limits based on the VIP status and tought to give it a go. By now I am "diamond" level and have just a little bit to get to "red diamond" what is supposed to be highest VIP level.

So I asked VIP support how large would be the withdrawal limits for highest VIP-s and they told me that these are same for everybody, no matter what VIP level you are you get to withdraw 10k per month in two separate transactions.

So my questions are:

Is it not misrepresentation of facts when they have posted at CM different withdraw limits than they really do?

What is the best strategy to withdraw funds over many months as due to the limits?

This sitting pile of cash is very tempting to play with and their VIP support gives me every time some special offer when I try to escalate my withdrawal (until now these offers have been going my way, but for how long...).

Give me feedback, what would you do?

My advice is do not even think of playing it back and wait for more experienced players to give you some advice about the process.

Congratulations on your win.

I would strongly urge you to do your very best to not gamble it away and sit it out. Perhaps using the take a break functionality carefully so that you can withdraw, take a break for a month, withdraw, repeat and thus remove the temptation/ability to gamble.

The max limit per month is almost certainly a trap to encourage you to gamble away your winnings. And even if you did win.... you'd just be compounding your wait time. You'll be super pissed if you fall for this so try and avoid.

10k a month withdrawal limits...what a horrible casino.

DO NOT play back, They are acreedited site here so you should not have no worry about getting payed, EVENTUALLY.

Just do not play one cent, Tell them to lock the funds as you will not be playing no more due to restrictions, Do not give them the satisfaction, Pointless playing when limits involved, I am a small roller so does not effect me and if I ever win the max monthly limit I would still be laughing but to some its lose change,

Play at other place where no limits, Absoulte no reason to limit cash outs, Only shoving a pole up there own arss as they will lose good customers.

Yes there is some diffrences in pay out limits / times etc but it takes time to change things especially when meister site does not get informed when things change on casino sites,

Please do not play it back, Even if you can afford it just do not do it,

Horrible casino with low withdrawal limits and questionable behaviour encouraging the player to play more while waiting for the next withdrawal. I wonder what MGA or UKGC would say to those tactics which are certainly not in line with RG.

Don't give them the satisfaction they are looking for, meaning that you lose it all back.

I would self exclude from the site and except the withdrawal limits that you and they settle on.What is your chances of winning again there anyway if you think of it realistically? It will be like getting a very nice bonus each month

This casino allows you to self exclude yourself and still be able access your account and make withdrawals thereafter. Which in your case is what you want I suppose. Check with their support but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

But as I have read here self-exclusion is the last way to go as casinos tend to use their T&C in own favour.

Is there no risk in it, considering money in the account right now?

Also I would like to note that their withdrawal rules IMHO suck, but I have only once before won more than 50k in online casino.

So I have to give them credit for that.

On the other note I was weak yesterday ang gave them back 20%. Having had such a stroke of luck adrenaline goes up and it seems to draw me back like a honeytrap :(.

I have wagered trough about 1 mil to get to their red diamond level (im not there yet, 7000 points missing from 80'000 total).
I would really like to hear from Casinomeister himself about advertising 10-50k withdrawal limits here based on VIP level, but in reality having 10k limit set in place for everybody. Seems still like false advertising...

Im still open for any kind of feeback how to fight this itch :D.

Thanks everybody for support.

The whole objective of pending withdrawal periods and limits are to make you play it back, i.e. wipe off the casino's debt to you. DON'T!

Use the take a break function after each withdrawal. It sucks, yes, but that's the only way to do it. You've already shown weakness by losing 1/5 back, and now they know you're weak they will not, as long as you have a hole your ass, allow you to withdraw more than 10k, VIP or not. They are simply sitting there, waiting for the inevitable to happen - DON'T GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION!

Take a break NOW ... dont play 1 cent back as no doubt you will loose it all back. And if they are offering you enticements to play when you contact them this is a disgrace for an accredited casino. You have won and they have to pay - end of. Its absolutely terrible making you wait in this way, and counter productive in the long term as no doubt you go and re-deposit if paid in a timely manner. But they are hoping against hope you will weaken and reverse the lot. The money is yours, think of what you can do with it.

But defo tab so you can not play the games and then wait for them to pay even though the limits they impost absolutely suck.

@OP: you are right about some information here on CM being outdated, some for a while already. If you picked Drueckglueck based on the 10-50k withdrawal limit on their review page would be very unfortunate. It's a huge amount of work to keep all data up to date for ~80-100 casinos (didn't bother to count exactly). Anyway if it's true that they incentivize you to play your winnings back would be a breach of accreditation standards (Will not aggressively entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives).

I know from a personal experience that they are not the only accredited casino that does that. In the end you need to control your cravings to gamble it away and deposit somewhere else or just take a break. I don't know what 50k mean to you but I would buy my beloved ones something special for X-mas and enjoy the upcoming days.

Perhaps a review of their accreditation is in order following these revelations, if this hasn't been brought up elsewhere.

Surely not befitting of Responsible Gambling in any way, rather, I'd call it rogue-like

Do not give a casino credit if you win, They certainly will not pay back the favour as per this post,

They are accredited so I suggest take a break, I know its a danger thing to say but make sure you have all screen shot to show you have not a gambling problem and tell them this, Also state you are taking a break for one reason, Thats the withdraw limit, Tell them you will not even touch the cash but out of principle your not playing there no more,

Do not even worry about getting high VIP level, Does this not show you already that casino does not care about players but only money?? I do not blame them but its got to work both ways, Accept my cash then give my cash winnings,

But as I have read here self-exclusion is the last way to go as casinos tend to use their T&C in own favour.

Yes it is quite difficult. When it comes do gambling I like it and bet probably somewhere around high 3 figures every month. But always when I win I stumble upon this kind of situations - pending times, withdrawal limits etc. and then the rush takes over and 90 % of time it will be reinvested in the art of gambling rather than on my account.

What makes current situation even more complex is that they do not let me make the withdrawal from cash out section before 30 days have passed from my last WD.

So by that system and suggestions here I should ask for time out until 3rd of January then cash out 5000€ per day on two days, then ask for another 30 day time out and repeat this process for 5 times. Seems quite a hassel for me. Also probably the long term effect would be that some of these winning end up in other online casinos.

Im still hoping that drueckglueck.com will take the high road and their rep Krystal here will try to help me with this situation.

I imagine if someone would hit it really big and would have to wait for years not month this would drive insane.

Like I stated its hard for the team to keep up to track, But if it states that than surley something has changed and they should give what is stated here, ONLY if signed up by the link other wise than go by there terms

A review is more than necessary my friend, I seen a few complaints about the group, I have nothing aginst them personally and would play today if a nice bonus was on the books but from what has been stated in a few threads are they worthy ?

Any and I mean any accredited casino no mater if its x mount a week or month and you wish to withdraw the lot than the cash should be put on hold, Rules are rules and should think about this before playing, If you signed up by the casinomiester they should pay you what was promised.

Look at it as a monthly payment, Its well worth the hasstle

I do not know what counts as tempting to play, but so far they have offered me something called "mega pack", what doubles your wins and gives back 15% of losses. I won 30k on that session and I have not activated that bonus as I i quired about it and to match 40x WR (roulette counts 50%) I would have had to wager trough 2,4 million - what seems to be a bit improbable and tgey did not clearly answer my question about bet limit so as per their T&C I should have made 240'000 x 5€ spins on slots, it was too much of a risk for me and there were many details not clear enough. Second time I got an offer for 15% cashback on losses and as I wrote here my balance fell a lot (received 1755 € bonus - you can do the math).

But to be correct this money was on my balance as I can not withdraw anything until 3rd of January.

Everybodies support here means a lot to me and helps me to keep my cool.

And yes I registered trough link in CM accredited section. It has for long time been my go to place for peace of mind.

Offering you an incentive to play is a no go for accredited casino and should not be allowed, And like you say with the max bet and the wager it will be impossible for time limits,

If when you signed up and the rules have changed regarding the cash out limits and the meister has not been informed than I am sure this will go in your favour.

As with our support and help than thats what we are here for, We are not ganging up on casino's and we will or do support the casino if the player done wrong,
Its a shame casino have to take the route in small payouts, I could understand if my self had won alot of money only after deposit very small but even that does not make it right,

But unfortunate rules are rules but you may be in luck as I pointed out if the mesiter has not been informed abou the max cashout limits than they might up it for you,

Either way please do not spend it :)

OP it seems like you are going to play it back which is really a shame. I have been playing on line for years and never even came close to that amount. You are playing at a casino that i am no familiar with since i am in the USA. I believe you received great advice but in the end its up to you.

Its a bloody shame, 90%That come on looking for advice and answers end up spending it back, The amount of storys I read on here and they end up doing the worst Reverse.

It is alot of money and even if you win you wait longer for cash, Simple should be put on hold. Casino bang on about responsible gambling :what: Its an excuse they use because they have to have the responsible gamble feature,

Do the right thing, Block machines that cannot be played with bonus (I see that this group have no excluded games now) Put a max bet on limits with bonus, Pay out in a resanble time, If there is a limit than its up to the player to chose but for god sake lock the funds.

I do not ask for much as a gambler but the above few features and less of the errors than I doubt there will be many complaints,

I feel for you not being able to play alot due to restrictions, Hopefully trump will get that sorted :D

i have been playing at Drueck a fair bit and had no issue so far
good support and paid in 4 to 18 hours, so to play it all back is no good
i could understand if it was a small amount but that kinda amount is real holiday cracker for most people :)

OK I am going to post here one last time.

Wins like yours are flagged, and tend to set a chain of events in motion:

1. Firstly, withdrawal limits kick in.

2. Then the casino will judge your 'VIP' on your deposits in order to increase limits from 10k. You seem to have deposited little relative to a huge 30k win. Therefore the casino has judged you to be a 'hit and run' player, likely to take winnings and fuck-off. They don't want that. Had you been a big depositor say 5k a week then paying 30k they'd probably do because you were still down overall and/or would likely play it back soon enough.

3. They respond to your withdrawal behaviour. You have given them the hint you are weak-minded already and even worse have played quite a bit back. Yes, they paid 15k but that's ALL they want to pay. They will now embark on tactics (in addition to monthly limits) to tempt you to play the rest back. This, as you've seen, comes in the form of incentives to reverse. This is anti-RG and stinks, but they will try.

4. The 'comfort psychology' is in play. They know you are going to be ahead with what they already paid, so may be happy enough to spunk the rest back.

OK, what you can do:

1. Even if you have 15k, you will feel really shit if you lose the remainder back. At the moment you are sitting on a nice win paid already plus can look forward to cashing-out another 10k in the grim dreary New Year 4 weeks' time. Spend that back and it will bother you over Christmas. Trust me.

2. Just THINK of 2 casino employees high-fiving when their campaign of incentives has worked and you have spunked it back!! High-fiving each other, maybe with a bonus in their arse pockets shouting out "Yeah, what a fucking mug, we had him!!!" This will make you angry with yourself. DON'T MAKE IT HAPPEN!

3. You are lucky you can instantly self-set 'Take-A-Break' there and avoid the above scenario - certain other accredited casinos, (ahem! cough! we won't go there again...) have deliberately imposed delays on TAB for this very reason - they want YOUR money back.

Please make us guys and gals who've helped you here feel better and above all make YOURSELF feel better by withdrawing, TAB-ing and withdrawing again in the New Year!

Be strong, be richer!

if you lose all that money cuz you played it back cuz of all these temptations the casino is throwing at you...you are gonna feel bad. stupid and hate yourself.

stop going to this casino. stop quering CS.

Self exclude and if this isnt allowed get someone to change your passwords on your email and on your casino account.

You will not be happy when your balance goes down to zero. but you will be happy and relieved when you go back in january and your account still has all your money in it.

go reread what dunover wrote. over and over. let it sink in.
good luck.
