One to send to the CMA for their investigation.

.

I took a quick look at PlayFrank's T&C and The WishMaster is indeed listed as an excluded slot in PF's general bonus T&C.

However another rule says:

"Specific Bonuses may contain additional terms and conditions which you are required to adhere to in order to be eligible to receive the Bonuses, use them and cash them out.".

To me this looks like a specific bonus offer with additional terms that overrule general T&C (hence you should be allowed to play The WishMaster with this particular bonus, but I would get it confirmed from customer support first).

You see this from time to time from other casinos as well.

For example:

Play on Live Casino is usually not allowed according to general bonus terms, but I have several times received Live Casino bonuses that, according to specific T&C, allows play on Live Casino (overrule general T&C).

Except there were NO specific or additional T&C listed. Just a link to the general bonus terms.

This is exactly the kind of complex and hard to understand terms the CMA are interested in looking into. It doesn't matter whether it's a mistake that the casino won't use to it's advantage, it has "gone live" in this form, which is still a breach of UK consumer law.

What would be overkill is the CMA fining an operator millions for a simple mistake, but it's not overkill to show the CMA that this type of marketing carelessness is rife in the industry. Some casinos DO take advantage of such mistakes, and will confiscate winnings because of the casino's mistake in marketing a specific promo, or the mistake of one of their CS agents in giving a player incorrect advice about the interpretation of the terms.

And the trouble is it will go back to the general terms like brianmon said it will over rides any other, and as there was not no other terms your basically Fuc**d.

I have been waiting on a thread like this for a while now, Giving you free games on a excluded games when playing with bonus funds, where if you win than the winnings are bonus funds,

Another EM scam ? I bet

@ladyhawke OR...could just be a mistake on the casino's part which simply needs to be corrected, in which case involving the CMA is a massive overkill.

No mistake, Just like Orion said there doing this to us players on a daily basis, 9 out of 10 emails now days are wrong, Wrong info, wrong dates, send to wrong people, emails was sent by mistake, the list goes on

From PlayFrank, or from casinos in general?

If PlayFrank is one of the offenders, then that is a fair comment.

However, if not, then your comment is unjustified.
