Winning at Online Casinos

Hello,
I'm new to the "casino world", I started by playing online poker, but recently decided to make a switch, hoping to get some sort of consistency. The main adjustment to me is the fact that the house is no longer my friend and I've been reading a lot of material lately, some of it about players having their account closed, winnings seized, withdrawals delayed for months and so on... Also, there're those documentaries about card counters and exploiters of biased wheels at B&M casinos, that act like secret agents, but what is the situation online?
The reason I'm asking is because, I have the only intention to play if I'm winning regularly, so my questions are:
1) Is it possible to win a couple of thousand every month?
2) Is the same online casino going to tolerate this, and pay you off time after time?
Cheers

Payouts are Bad... if we were winning a few thousand a month, i don't think anyone would complain..

If you do win, the accredited Casinos here will not hesitate to pay you; however, there are limits at some of them for weekly withdrawals... see the CM Casinos list on the tabs above...

Good Luck

It is definitely still possible to make money from casinos regularly - I've been doing it for over 9 years!
Not every month, but I've made profit about 8 from every 9 months in all that time by using the best casino bonuses, AND I only play reputable places who do pay cash-outs.
However it's not easy of course, otherwise everyone would do it and the casinos would go bust! You need a LOT of patience & self control.

9 years is pretty impressive:notworthy
What kind of games do you play? And do you rely more on the bonuses or your strategies?

For the first 4-ish years it was card games (Blackjack & various table pokers), but since about 2005, when the WRs started getting silly, 99% of my play is on slots.

There is no doubt I would not have been successful without bonuses, but I do think strategies in terms of "money management" are very important too. The most important rule IMO is "quit while you are ahead!" ;)

Depends how casinos treat your country, if you have higher WRs or are straight up bonus banned.
At first you should be able to get a few thousands per month quite easily after that you will struggle to make +1k/month. Bonuses gets worse every day and the good ones are "killed" sometimes in hours. Reloads gets smaller and they are quicker to bonusban you.

Its not rocket science but you should be almost indifferent to gambling, in other words you shouldt like to gamble and just treat it as work.

Firstly you have to build up your bankroll. Play small (under 50) and soft bonuses from reputable casinos that pays fast. When you have built up a decent sized roll (~2k) start by playing the bigger ones (mostly 100 to 200) and again start with the softer ones from casinos that pays fast.

Its now that it may get tricky. Do you want to withdraw most of the profits and look at a somewhat steady 500/month or do you want to aim higher and start playing at less reputable casinos with high risk bonuses (high EV also). They pay slower if they pay at all but you have to go to the dark side if you want to make thousands per month. The more you want to earn the riskier it gets and you need a decent sized bankroll as you could stand to lose +10k on a bad run.

I wouldnt recommend the latter unless you are a risk lover. Go for the 500/month as you basically only risk to get bonusbanned. Add some matched betting and you could come up with 1k/month without risking too much.

Thats only scratching on the surface, there arent that many that will help a newbie to compete on the same bonuses. There is loads of information available troughout the web. Read and learn and decide what "path" you will take.

Edit: or work on your game and get a good +60% RB deal

I don't know why anyone is reccommending you take a bonus. Most Bonuses do not benefit table players. The few that do don't have wagering requirements or restrictions attached and very few accredited casino's offer these types of bonuses.

Now that being cleared up let's look at your goal 1000 a month at table games, =250 a week so 50 bucks a day, you want to get in and out as quickly as possible so I'd suggest 5 or 10 dollar bets with progression when needed at a game you know. When you hit your win goal QUIT! same with a stop loss your comfortable with.

Dont know who has told you that but its wrong. There are plenty of good BJ and 3CP/casino holdem bonuses.

If you continue to win each month you won't last long at most casinos. The trick is to move around to other casinos. Win and run and occasionally lose a small deposit. I play at about 20 casinos and rotate my choice as to where to play.

As for bonuses it is a personal choice. Just make sure you understand the terms. Play a forbidden game and there goes your cashout. I, like KasinoKing, usually play with bonuses but am really cautious as to which bonuses I accept. My style is a long grind out system and bonuses give me the extra play time to hit a few good wins (most of the time) and make the playthrough. Also because I enjoy playing the added time feeds my gambling needs.

I play most software at accredited casinos but really choose my games wisely. There are games that consistantly pay out and others that suck you dry.

Good luck to you KO

So, the long turn strategy goes something like this:
1. accounts only at accredited casinos
2. conservative money management(short sessions, small daily wins, small bonuses, small play through)
3. changing casinos after a withdrawal for a couple of months

Did I miss something:confused:

I don't think you need to change your casino for that long or that often. But since you want consistency it's good to have options if casino 1 just isn't your day. You will lose somtimes. Don't chase it. There's alway's tomorrow.

That's the problem with progression, 100 easy wins and 1 session wipes you out. Just use common sense, is it worth 160 to MAYBE win 5? that 160 isn't 160, compounded it's 315!!!! 6 day's to recover........ be alot easier to double your initial bet to 10 for 15 play's when the odds are in your favour. (not EVERY bet consecutively)

Why do you say this? Has this been a problem for anyone here? I have never come across a thread mentioning this sort of problem. I suppose that might be because those threads are buried by people complaining of never winning. ;)

No you don`t see these threads because it is almost impossible to continually win. However suppose you owned a casino and you had a client that always won. Your would watch his play and see why he is winning. Is it luck....or perhaps he has found a way to cheat the casino.

If he keeps winning you would send him packing. You are in the business to make money, not support someones income. Remember I am not talking about someone who wins a bit more than he loses. I am talking about someone who almost always wins.

I play alot of video poker in Las Vegas and I know a few people who have been sent a letter stating there business is no longer welcomed at that casino. Ususally the casino will tell them they can play but will not get any comps. It is hard to beat a land casino without comps figured in.

Casinos do alot of work to protect the bottom line

i use bonuses for longer play. but i only use bonuses that does not have a max cash out limt. that way if i win and t and c are met then its all mine. i have won about 8 randoms in about 8 years. all of them were over 3,000 and the highest one was 11,000. i played at accredited casinos listed here and never had a problem getting my winnings. winning is good but when you play a few times a week and make deposits a lot of the winnings goes right back in the casinos . its called greed. lol i think a lot of my problem is that i stay on one game way to long thinking it will pay. but all in all the big jackpots did come in handy.. i have about 9 casinos that i play , ive filtered thru so many and then deleted them becasue of poor support service or the slots (which is my fav) seems so tight day after day. here lately ive played at winpalace. the slots are great. bonuses are good if you dep ewallet or q t account. no max cash out. support is good. havent hit really big but my deposits last for hrs sometimes a couple days. thats longer then some of the others i ve played at before.

Wow,, you all make me feel bad. I am lucky if I have a withdrawal every 3 - 6 months and I play pretty consistently. Small deposits with bonuses like you said, but I often don't ever make it over 150 dollars. Must be doing something wrong, though from reading here I still can't figure out what. Someone please. Lol am I really just that much of a loser. Thanks for the info
