I cannot keep silent any longer.
This is the complaint I filed at Montana Disputes:
I was sent an email from this casino and I made a $500 deposit on Dec 8, 2004. I received a matching bonus that required 30x playthrough on deposit and bonus. I enjoyed playing quite a lot of video poker and met the requirements. On Dec 17th I made a cashout request. I was informed I must send in a fax back form and other documents and I did. After three weeks of no response, I sent an email to find out what was going on. I was informed my forms had not been received. I sent them again. It's been quite a while since I sent in the forms and there is no response from the casino. I don't think they are interested in paying their debt to me. Please help.
Note that at that time, Winners Playground was offering a $1000 match bonus to new players.
Here is the latest response from Montana Dispute resolution:
Dear Marjorie,
Although this operation is closing, they will be issuing payments to those accounts that have requested a payout prior to their official shut down date of 3/18/2005.
However, we were notified that your last bonus (YQ9FF) had a max redemption amount of $200. Our investigation shows that you redeemed the bonus for $500, exceeding the advertised amount by $350. Unfortunately, this voids all winnings and we have asked the operator to return your deposit of $500 to resolve this claim. The promotion rules for this bonus are still listed on their website:
We will update the ticket once this credit has been placed. Thank you.

So there you have it. Not only has the casino stalled me for THREE MONTHS, the dispute team has sided with the casino when it is clearly in the wrong.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I PLAY AT AN RTG casino.
