Winner333 Casino Delaying Paying Out On Large Win

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago i signed up at Winner333 casino after seeing it on another forum. At the time the post on the other forum started they were offering a free $25 to play with with no wagering requirements. A few members seemed to take up this offer and got lucky and were paid out! They had a decent looking sign up bonus on offer but the wagering requirements stipulated certain games were not allowed and as i only do this for a bit of fun i decided not to go for this offer and just play the games i wanted to!

After some time i had managed to get a few really lucky streaks i had managed to get my balance up to just over $20,000 at which point i had to go out so i took a screen print of this and left the software open. I came back about 30 mins later and decided i'd play a little more. I got my balance to $23,248 at which point i again went away for about 15 mins, this time when i got back i put $3000 down and the software crashed. I reloaded it and my balance was now showing as $20248 so i placed another bet of $1000 and the same happend. I closed the software and went to login to the website but i was prompted that my username was not in the database? I went back to my activation email and clicked to activate it again, i now logged in ok. I was going to withdraw some of my winnings but upon trying it stated that to withdraw anything over $5000 i had to contact support. Ok i thought i'll go on the live chat facility, at which point i was logged out again. I tried to relogin and the same message 'my username was not in databse'. I was now getting a little suspicious as this seemed very strange. i clicked to activate my account again and got logged in and then went onto live chat.

I advised the customer support agent what had happened to my balance and the software crashes and that i wanted to withdraw the full amount that i had won($23248), he responded with he will inform the correct manager and i will hear from them in 24-36 hours. Ok i thought thats fair enough, this is a very large win.

I logged out and went out again. 2 hours later i came back and tried to login again and same problem with my username, i went back on live chat and was told by the same agent that this was normal procedure and my account was now locked until my withdrawl had been processed by management. I was again slightly bemused by this but though i'll wait to hear from the manager.

So 36 hours pass, 72 hours pass and no email or phone call! i try and email support but after 24 hours still nothing! I go back to the original forum and get the name and email of the customer support manager? I email him and get a response in about 15mins. He tells me he is aware of my situation and will get back to me asap.

A week has now gone by with no correspondence about my withdrawl, i emailed ben at least 2 more times with now no replies, live chat tell me it is with the tech dept who are looking into my play history, i again ask for an update, i am told i will be contacted. Nothing again!!

I am now losing my patience and have almost given up on seeing any of my winnings and even my own deposit! I try live chat and its ben whos actually on it, i spend 10 mins asking him questions and get no reply. I am now really p**sed off, i log out and go back into live chat and pretend to be asking about joining the casino, suprise suprise i get a response straight away! I then tell him who i am and what is happening with my situation? He tells me that management are yet to make a decision and it is still with the tech dept. I tell him its not really good enough and i want to know what the problem is and why they are not keeping me updated on when i am getting paid. He promises to contact managment and get me an update, this was last friday and its now monday and ive still heard nothing!


I am sorry about this being such a long post for my 1st one but i am now at a loss as what to do, i think i have been very patient but seem to be getting nowhere with this casino! I suppose i have no choice but to keep pestering them and keep waiting to hear from them!

I heard back from the customer support agent but he states he still hasnt any news from the management! So i asked him for a direct contact, he gave me the name of Alon Pelad who he states is the manager of the operation. I emailed him 2 days ago for an update and guess what, no reply!

I seriously think that they are just ignoring me so they dont have to pay me! If this is the case then they are also stealingfrom me and this cannot be right!

Any ideas as to what i can do?

I have since had a reply from Alon:

I know your case because I provided technical answers to winner333.com team long time ago.

As long as I understand your anger and situation, I advise you to contact winner333.com owner and not me, because I’m not the owner or manager of this site.

I only provide the software that winner333 operate it but do not operate or run any casino site.

And according to this I’m not authorized to answer any client’s problem.

I was surprised to see that the customer service rep gave you my name and I guess that because they do not want to give you any answer / run out of their responsibilities"

I had said in my email to him that i was posting about my situation on some forums, his response to that is - "I’m sorry about your situation but you have to close it with the site owner and not with the technical provider…

I will not hesitate to sue you personally for any damage you will cost directly or indirectly to me or my company reputation."


Strange he wants to sue me even though he states he has nothing to do with the situation?

I have since emailed him and ben again as it was pointed out to me that there is some info right her that casinomeister found(wish id seen it before i deposited)

even if he is registrant - he will hide behind globalvision and globalvison behind winner333enterteinament, whom you cannot reach.
its too late now - but for next time: only play at accredited places and - if you want to try something new, make a google search! The HP of winner333 is enough to prvent me from playing there.
First of all a silly name, then now clear statements "about us", T and C s are hidden....

You should (read Meisters post from Janauary 18th) PAB and see if you can get some of the money.

I know with hindsight i wouldnt have played here, suppose i was a little suspicious as i didnt want to deposit $300 to get the bonus, but i really didnt think my balance would end up so high!

I am in the process of PAB'ing, i have also received another email from Alon who has actually been the only person to answer any questions, he states that he has nothing to do with the casino aside from being the software provider and giving technical support, i asked him for the owners name and he states the owner is Zion Eini and given me his email address so i am now going to turn my attentions to him!

As said previously i dont hold out much hope of getting paid but i am certainly not giving up without a fight!

Strikes me as strange as well. Perhaps the casino uses the old "software malfunction - all play is voided" excuse to stiff winning players? And they just haven't used it in your case yet?

Reading threads like this makes me really mad. If I was lucky enough to win $20000 and then not get paid I would be truly devastated.

At least in the UK online casinos will soon be fully licensed and regulated and from this date I will only play at those places.

As of now I only play at the very top named places so that if lightning strikes and I hit an amazing win I know I will get my money.

This threat to sue is S.O.P. for this sort of operator and is rarely if ever carried through.

Sorry to hear about your screwing-over, but there might be some sort of consolation in the knowledge that many other players will now be warned off this bastard.

Cheers for the support guys!!

I am gutted at not being paid, i'm trying not to think about it too much!

All the lies from different people have been unreal, the casino blaming the software house and vice versa!

Then theres this guy Zyon Ayni(or Zion Eini, not to sure!!!), he is supposed to be the money and brains behind this outfit, well he has got some brains as he is not anwering any of my emails!

Aside from not being paid my winnings i am also down my deposit so he also thinks its ok to steal from me too!

I have informed Neteller about this situation over 5 days ago and suprise suprise ive not even had a reply from them, i tried ringing them numerous times and am on hold for nearly 30mins and never get to speak to anyone, my trust in them is also now wavering, i may have to take my money out of there too as this sort of none customer support is shocking!
