A couple of weeks ago i signed up at Winner333 casino after seeing it on another forum. At the time the post on the other forum started they were offering a free $25 to play with with no wagering requirements. A few members seemed to take up this offer and got lucky and were paid out! They had a decent looking sign up bonus on offer but the wagering requirements stipulated certain games were not allowed and as i only do this for a bit of fun i decided not to go for this offer and just play the games i wanted to!
After some time i had managed to get a few really lucky streaks i had managed to get my balance up to just over $20,000 at which point i had to go out so i took a screen print of this and left the software open. I came back about 30 mins later and decided i'd play a little more. I got my balance to $23,248 at which point i again went away for about 15 mins, this time when i got back i put $3000 down and the software crashed. I reloaded it and my balance was now showing as $20248 so i placed another bet of $1000 and the same happend. I closed the software and went to login to the website but i was prompted that my username was not in the database? I went back to my activation email and clicked to activate it again, i now logged in ok. I was going to withdraw some of my winnings but upon trying it stated that to withdraw anything over $5000 i had to contact support. Ok i thought i'll go on the live chat facility, at which point i was logged out again. I tried to relogin and the same message 'my username was not in databse'. I was now getting a little suspicious as this seemed very strange. i clicked to activate my account again and got logged in and then went onto live chat.
I advised the customer support agent what had happened to my balance and the software crashes and that i wanted to withdraw the full amount that i had won($23248), he responded with he will inform the correct manager and i will hear from them in 24-36 hours. Ok i thought thats fair enough, this is a very large win.
I logged out and went out again. 2 hours later i came back and tried to login again and same problem with my username, i went back on live chat and was told by the same agent that this was normal procedure and my account was now locked until my withdrawl had been processed by management. I was again slightly bemused by this but though i'll wait to hear from the manager.
So 36 hours pass, 72 hours pass and no email or phone call! i try and email support but after 24 hours still nothing! I go back to the original forum and get the name and email of the customer support manager? I email him and get a response in about 15mins. He tells me he is aware of my situation and will get back to me asap.
A week has now gone by with no correspondence about my withdrawl, i emailed ben at least 2 more times with now no replies, live chat tell me it is with the tech dept who are looking into my play history, i again ask for an update, i am told i will be contacted. Nothing again!!
I am now losing my patience and have almost given up on seeing any of my winnings and even my own deposit! I try live chat and its ben whos actually on it, i spend 10 mins asking him questions and get no reply. I am now really p**sed off, i log out and go back into live chat and pretend to be asking about joining the casino, suprise suprise i get a response straight away! I then tell him who i am and what is happening with my situation? He tells me that management are yet to make a decision and it is still with the tech dept. I tell him its not really good enough and i want to know what the problem is and why they are not keeping me updated on when i am getting paid. He promises to contact managment and get me an update, this was last friday and its now monday and ive still heard nothing!
I am sorry about this being such a long post for my 1st one but i am now at a loss as what to do, i think i have been very patient but seem to be getting nowhere with this casino! I suppose i have no choice but to keep pestering them and keep waiting to hear from them!
