I have not played that game a lot, but every time i have that is exactly how the bonus have played out.
Maybe they use a different reelset for the x2 spins, the wins sure dry up as soon as you unlock it.

Surely you must know slots don't have reelsets any more - not for decades. The graphics are produced "on the fly" to give the desired payout.
Everything is pre-determined from the moment you hit "spin" - including the outcome of free-spins.
The people who design these games must have a very sick sense of humour...

Can't remember ever playing this but it popped up in the recommended section so I gave it a go, which turned out good. Too bad about the dead spins when the multi was getting big. Still 318x tho.

So I was just having fun yesterday trying multiple hacksaw games with buys on smallest betsize... went in blind on a slot called 'Desert Temple'... I mean absolutely speechless.

Desert Temple- 144.60x Bonus buy (14460.20x base bet amount)

The game is essentially Sugar rush, except it's the symbols multiplier that goes up per connection, not the blocks behind. Because this was my first buy, I didn't realise how significant 2 retriggers was! 1024x on the top symbol... crazy potential. I did try to spin in with $250 on $2-4 bets and failed miserably after. Fun slot, no doubt i'll be coming back to this one and likely giving it back

funny you mention that because slots have really gone tight the RTP is the lowest its ever been,i looked earlier and most are around 94% i think one should really be thinking is it worth it anymore,im in no rush to play and if i do i will check RTP always
