I play most Play'N'Go "drop symbol" slots like that - mostly £2 spins and then throw in some at £5 (or even £10 on the ones that jump from £2 to £10).
They are mostly low variance (in MY view) - so to win big, you have to bet big.
Hopefully no-one will object or complain, but it's a near certainty that at least one person will.
Because some people just need to have something to complain about in order to help them get through their day, I guess. Oh well, never mind.
Now let's see how quickly this post gets snipped into oblivion after getting a bucket load of complaints, due to it's highly offensive nature
Royal Panda, 4th - 25th August (I'll explain that bit in a moment). Part 1 of 6.
So Royal Panda gave me some FS (20 to be exact) on Twin Spin.
But they weren't 25p min bet spins, they were £2 spins.
Little did I know at the time, but the winnings from these free spins would give me such a huge WR to clear that I
ended up making a total of £775 in deposits in order to clear the WR and an eventual £1,000 withdrawal some three weeks later.
Whoever coined the phrase "there's no such thing as a free lunch" definitely knew what they were taking about.
Anyhow, back to the free spins that led to all of that....
6 spins played and I've already won £24. Not too shabby at all.
Then on the 7th spin, I get a twitchy finger and double click the spin button by mistake.
This is what showed up on screen.....

81 x 5OAK of As. 129.6x bet.

End result of the 20 FS. I ended up winning another £51 from the remaining 13 spins.
But now, I had a dilemma. Winnings from FS at Royal Panda come with 35x wagering.
So I now have a bonus balance of £334 and a WR of....£11,712.40
I wasn't sure how to go about this at all, but eventually I decided to just get some playtime.
Try and do a mega-grind balance builder that hopefully gets me to a point where making a deposit becomes viable.
And if I bustout trying, then I've lost nothing.
But in the end, I ended up making no less than erm....11 deposits
Anyhow, I started on Bonanza at 40p a spin. And so began the slotathon that ended up lasting well over 30,000 spins...
And it was a good job I started on 40p spins. Because if I had started on 60p spins, I would have busted out without a single 100x win to show for it.
I took an absolute BATTERING before I finally landed the first of god knows how many 100x wins.
But if I posted them all, this would be part 1 of 20, not part 1 of 6. So I've uhm....tried my best to scale it down quite a bit.
Anyway, here they are...

10 x 6OAK of Ks, at 8x. 144x bet.
View attachment 100245
Total for the spin - 168.4x bet.

Total for the round (after getting a late re-trigger) - 261.8x bet.

Needed a diamond on Reel 2 to land a big diamond base game win. Amazingly, I got one. 8 x 6OAK of diamonds. 401.5x bet.

Total for the spin - 402.45x bet. My biggest ever base game win on Bonanza. Previous best: 378.8x bet.

Royal Panda, 4th - 25th August. Part 2 of 6.
More Bonanza, before I switched to DHV...

Double 4OAK of diamonds, at 14x. 280x bet, which was also the total win for the spin.
View attachment 100254
Total for the round - 382.5x bet.

4 x 6OAK of blue gems, at 12x. 105x bet. Total win for the spin was 110.2x bet.
View attachment 100257
And the total for the round was 263.4x bet.
I quit Bonanza at £559. Now for some DHV at 40p a spin.

264 x 6OAK of 9s. 105.6x bet. And later on during the round...

352 x 6OAK of 9s. 140.8x bet.

Total for the round - 302.55x bet.
And with that, I had successfully managed to low-roll (and long-roll) my way to doubling my balance on mere 40p bets. I quit DHV at £708.
Now I fancy my chances of making WR. Whatever happens, I was going to cashout for at least £700.
I just had to hope I would not end up depositing more than that in order to be able to clear the WR.
Part 3 to follow...
