So I am still lost and don't know what to do about the winner casino offer, giving me part of the money I won.

Who accepted? Who waits? Who knows how to go on?

I did not respond to their offer yet, keeping the possibility open.

What I think is if they are rogue I should try to get at least what they offered. If they just don't know what to do I should wait.
 
They've upped their offer to me--to about 65% from 45%. I have not accepted either and will wait them out. I'd like to hear one more time from CM about this when he is around again before I do anything.
 
I took the offer for 65% of my winnings + deposit. Perhaps waiting longer would have led to more but I'm just sick of dealing with this.

Thanks CM. I'm quite sure I'd still be looking at 0% if it weren't for this site.

I hope all other affected players receive an acceptable settlement.

To their credit, Casinoforaces paid me quickly once I took the offer.

Sorry, actually no. I was under the impression that this was being resolved the best way under the circumstances - and bear in mind I was on vacation when a lot of this was going on.

I'd take the offer.
 
I logged into Winner last night My account was set to $0. I emailed them and asked what was going on. the reply I got was.

Dear Paul,

In order to settle this issue, I am willing to refund your Neteller account
with your $200.00 initial deposits, as promised.

In order to instruct the funds to your Neteller account, please reply this
email with the following statement: "I accept the offer of $200.00 to be
deposited into my Neteller account, which will resolve any further requests
I have surrounding the "March Crisis" issue".

As soon as I receive your reply I will forward it to our financial
department to process.

Being that I only had a small win I've decided to cut my losses and run!!!

Yeah, they are still having payment problems with me. I played them late April. I only played video poker. On May 3, they told me:
Please be advised, according to the casino cash out process, your cash out
should be completed within a couple of days.

Then, on May 12:
Thank you for contacting www.XXX.com service center.

We apologize for there will be an additional delay in processing your cash
out due to certain technical difficulties we are currently experiencing.

Our technical team is working around the clock to resolve the problem as
soon as possible.

....they still haven't paid me. Long term glitch in processing cashouts? Funny how they are still able to process deposits.

I have received the same email several times. They have owed me money for two months. I currently have a PAB that Casinomeister is working on. I haven't heard from them in about two weeks, even though I have been emailing every other day or so. They owe me about 5000. Anyone else having problems?
